PROMOTION BASES: “CYBER MONDAY - 20% gift card on your online purchases”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion “20% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 00:00 on December 1 until 9:00 a.m. on December 2 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons aged 18 or over who make and pay for an online purchase during the Promotion period (excluding delivery, assembly and installation services). Valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP during the Promotion period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who make ONLINE purchases from RD$4,000, excluding delivery, assembly and installation services, will receive 20% of their invoice value (in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in-store at IKEA stores/points in the Dominican Republic). The voucher will be generated after the customer completes payment. The customer will receive the Purchase Voucher by email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on the web www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. Voucher redemption may be made between December 4 and December 31, 2025.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding delivery, assembly and installation services). For purchases made on our website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive the Purchase Voucher by email to the address registered at the time of purchase. Voucher redemption may be made between December 4 and December 31, 2025.

7.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the claimant we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of a return of any item purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the twenty percent (20%) corresponding to that returned item's value as specified in point 5 of these rules.

7.3 The promotion applies to purchases made via the WEB www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, with a minimum purchase of RD$4,000. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a Purchase Voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by participants to enter this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Under Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, participants automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for participation in the promotion and for research, promotion and commercialization of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Personal information provided for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the participant's explicit consent. Winning participants automatically consent to THE ORGANIZERS using, publishing and reproducing their image and name worldwide, without compensation, in any type of advertising, promotion or publication (including the Internet) related solely to this promotion. Such publications will be made within six (6) months following the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in these publications they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13 for SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to use the registered data to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law shall apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.IKEA.com.do.

GENERAL: Any attempt to bet, or use similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries are allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
