Collect your order at your IKEA Santo Domingo Store taking the following into account:
If you collect your purchase in person, you can pick it up on floor 2 of the parking, going through the main door of the Store. Follow the signaling and go to the stand with your online invoice, the Customer Service staff will locate your order and hand it out to you.
If you collect it from your car, you can pick it up on floor 2 of the parking. Follow the signaling to 10 parking spaces available for the car collection service. Once there, write to our Whatsapp number with your parking number, your full name and the invoice number so our staff can take the order to your location.
Collect your order at the Santiago, Bávaro and La Romana Pick up Points by visiting the point where you made your purchase, as soon as we notify you that it is ready.
Remember that, once we have notified you, you have 48 hours to come and collect your purchase at the IKEA Santo Domingo Store and 72 hours in IKEA Santiago, Bávaro and La Romana Points. After that time, we will be forced to cancel your order.
