Shopping online at IKEA is very easy!
You can find many items under sections of the top menu bar and also in or through the web browser.
Remember that every time you choose or add an item to your shopping cart, it'll be saved on top of the web, in "View Shopping cart" indicating the number of items added.
Picking up your purchase at your IKEA store, at any of the Pick up Points (Santiago, Bávaro, La Romana) or delivery your purchase home at a minimum additional cost.

Once you have chosen all items you want to purchase and clicked "Make Order", we will request a user in order to offer you a more secure purchase.

If you are a registered customer enter your information and click "Login", if your forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" and we will send you a new password to the e-mail address provided by you.
If you are a new customer, enter your email at "Dont´t have an account yet?" and click "Create account".

This option allows you to close the on-line shopping process, for which we use a AZUL payment server in order to ensure that all transactions will be made under a secure conection. You will be able to pay your purchases with the credit or debit card you want.

The majority of our items come in flat packages to facilitate transport and so you can easily take them home yourself. If you prefer someone to take your purchase home, we provide you with our home delivery service. Check the delivery service rates.
We deliver it for free to your IKEA Pick up Point.
Once purchase has been processed you will receive an email from our IKEA Contact Center confirming your order.

The items purchased ONLINE at www.ikea.com.do can be changed and returned in our IKEA Points.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, service or quality of the product or simply changed your mind, return the unused item in the original packaging within 90 days with your receipt. Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and after checking the state thereof we will proceed to refund your money in the same method of payment as the original payment.
For defective items and incorrect shipments the exchange and return will be admitted and Sarton Dominicana S.A.S., will be responsible of shipping charges, to the IKEA store.
