1. Get inspired through our website and pick the items you like the most.

You can find many items under sections of the top menu bar and also in or through the web browser.

2. Create your list by marking the products you want to buy.

Remember that every time you choose or add an item to your shopping cart, it'll be saved on top of the web, in "View Shopping cart" indicating the number of items added.

3. When you have the complete list, click in buy in "place order" and you will be able to choose:

Picking up your purchase at your IKEA stores (Santo Domingo, Bávaro and Santiago) or at your Pick up Point (La Romana) or delivery your purchase home at a minimum additional cost.

4. Once your order is made, you'll be always informed of every order status

You can check the status of your purchase through  My account > My orders.

Once you have chosen all items you want to purchase and clicked "Make Order", we will request a user in order to offer you a more secure purchase.

You should know that cooktops do not have incorporated connecting cable to the power supply not included in the selling price. The items purchased ONLINE at can be changed and returned inour Stores or IKEA Point.

That's why you have 90 calendar days to return your product if you are not completely satisfied. Return it in its original packaging, which must be in good condition, unopened, unassembled, and unused. Items billed with the verification label and certified warranty must meet these same conditions. Use your IKEA Family card... and enjoy a 120-day return period for your purchase!

Please note delivery fees are not refundable if the merchandise is returned.

The return of the items will not incur expenses as long as the items are handed in at the Warehouse or IKEA Point where they were picked up.

For defective items and incorrect shipments the exchange and return will be admitted and Sarton Dominicana S.A.S., will be responsible of shipping charges, to the IKEA store.
