1. PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (en lo sucesivo denominados “Los Organizadores”) realizará la promoción que se denominará “Momentos Populares para Mamá,, junto a IKEA Family” en tu tienda IKEA, aplica en la compra de muebles y artículos de decoración, (en lo sucesivo denominado “la Promoción”), la cual se regirá por las bases establecidas en el presente documento (en lo sucesivo denominadas “Las Bases de la Promoción”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from May 22 to May 24, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS:All persons over the age of eighteen (18) who are holders of the IKEA Family Loyalty Card and IKEA Family VISA Card are eligible to participate. Ownership of the latter is subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano. The promotion for IKEA Family VISA customers applies to purchases made by both primary and additional cardholders. Refunds for winners will be made to primary cardholders, including purchases made by additional cardholders.

5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All IKEA Family VISA cardholders who purchase furniture and home furnishings with their IKEA Family VISA card during the promotional period from May 22 to 24, 2025 (excluding purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro, and IKEA café; excluding transportation, installation, and assembly services) will receive a 25% discount (5% standard + 20% additional) on the value of their bill, refunded in cash in the form of a credit to their bank account, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase(s) was made, according to the program's discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$150. 00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $15,000.00 pesos (the Refund) per month. *Promotional discount not combinable with other IKEA FAMILY VISA card discounts*.

   All IKEA Family Loyalty customers who purchase furniture and home furnishings with their IKEA Family Loyalty card during the promotional period, only on May 23, 2025 (excluding purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro, and IKEA café; excluding transportation, installation, and assembly services), will receive a 10% discount (5% standard + 5% additional) on the value of their invoice, refunded in a purchase check* that will be issued 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase(s) was made, according to the program's discount accumulation policy; a minimum of $150. 00 accumulated for the purchase check to be issued and a maximum amount of $7,500 pesos per month. *Promotional discount not combinable with other product discounts.

   Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Bávaro Small Store, IKEA Santiago Small Store, IKEA La Romana Point of Sale, and purchases made via telephone and online. Upon notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and upon notification to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEAFamily.com.do, on social media, and/or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: A 25% discount refunded in cash (5% standard + 20% additional) for IKEA FAMILY VISA cardholders (paid into your bank account) and a 10% discount refunded in store credit* (5% standard + 5% additional) for IKEA Family Loyalty card members. As detailed in point “5. Promotion Details” (excludes transport and assembly services, purchases in the Restaurant, Swedish Shop, Bistro). *Promotional discount cannot be combined with other IKEA FAMILY VISA or IKEA Family Loyalty card discounts*.

   6.1 In order to ensure the legitimacy of the winner, we may request some form of identification. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability.

   6.2 The promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Bávaro Small Store, IKEA Santiago Small Store, IKEA La Romana Point of Sale, and purchases made via telephone and online. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS Promotions involving gift cards and/or transportation may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. 8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants in order to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file called “Promotions, raffles, and contests,” owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., located at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. 

   Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if they are winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion for a period of eight (8) months to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS and Banco Popular Dominicano of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these are related solely to this promotion. without the ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, participants accept these terms and conditions and consent, in accordance with ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, to the use of their registered data by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. for the purpose of communicating other campaigns or promotions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, they shall be referred to common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
