PROMOTION BASES: “15% off modular kitchen purchase voucher”

Promotion valid from November 24, 2025 to November 30, 2025

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “15% Purchase Voucher on modular kitchens” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from November 24, 2025 to November 30, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who buy and pay for one or more items from the combination series included in the promotion (excluding transport and assembly services and clearance items) within the Promotion Period.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series indicated below, excluding transport and assembly services and clearance items, will receive fifteen percent (15%) of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment is made, the staff will hand over the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this invoice the customer may request printing of the Purchase Voucher at Customer Service starting on the redemption date specified.

   Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic, including purchases made through the Teleorders service.

   Subject to prior notification to the Instituto Pro-Consumidor, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport and assembly services and clearance items). To claim the prize the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in store the customer must present the physical invoice; if made via Web or Teleorders, a digital invoice may be presented.

   The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. Transportation costs cannot be refunded in cash.

   6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional identification documents such as an ID card, passport or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

   6.2 In the event of return of an item included in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transport value as applicable and specified in point 5 of these rules, corresponding to the value of the returned item.

   6.3 The promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic and through the Teleorders service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, the customer will receive the Purchase Voucher of the highest amount, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to any person.

   6.5 To generate the promotional Purchase Voucher a single invoice must reach the minimum amount required by the promotion. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

   6.6 Purchase Vouchers for the Kitchen family promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are on paid reservation will generate the Purchase Voucher when the reserved item is physically available at IKEA.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

   Purchase Voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular promotion terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. You can consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.ikea.com.do

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Under Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, participants automatically consent that provided data may be used and processed to participate in the promotion and for research, promotion and commercialization of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Personal information provided for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the participant's explicit consent. Winners automatically consent to THE ORGANIZERS using, publishing and reproducing their image and name worldwide for advertising, promotion or publication purposes, including the Internet, related solely to this promotion, without economic compensation. Such publications will occur within six (6) months following the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications, they may email lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13 for SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to use the registered data to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law shall apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt to bet, or use similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries are allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.

13. PURCHASES MADE during the month of November 24/11/2025 to 30/11/2025 will have redemption dates between 12/01/2025 and 12/15/2025.
