PROMOTION BASES: “10% off modular kitchen purchase voucher”

Promotion valid from November 3, 2025, to November 23, 2025.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on modular kitchens” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from November 3, 2025 to November 23, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who make and pay for the purchase of one or more items from the series of combinations included in the promotion (excluding transport, installation services, and items from the clearance area) within the Promotion Period.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the series of combinations indicated below, excluding transport and installation services and clearance area items, will receive ten percent (10%) of the invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment, the store associate will give the customer an invoice specifying the voucher redemption date. With this, the customer may request the printing of the Purchase Voucher at the Customer Service department starting on the specified redemption date.

   Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic.

   Subject to prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport, installation services, and clearance area items). To claim the prize, the customer must present the physical purchase invoice.

   The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. The transport cost cannot be compensated in cash.

   6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents such as national ID card, passport, or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

   6.2 In the event of the return of an item from the combination series subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transport value as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, applied to the value of the returned item.

   6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   6.4 If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the Purchase Voucher of the highest amount, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, non-reloadable, and non-transferable.

   6.5 A single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion is required to generate the promotional Purchase Voucher. No aggregation of multiple invoices will be allowed to reach the required minimum.

   6.6 A single Purchase Voucher will be generated for the promotion, taking into account both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those acquired in pre-sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase Voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular promotion rules.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. You may consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.ikea.com.do

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: In accordance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion, and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the entrant. Participants who become winners automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS owing any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a six (6) month period from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw their consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent, under the ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13, that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, recourse will be made to common law. The rules will be available during the Promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt to bet, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.

13. PURCHASES MADE during the month of November will have a redemption date between December 1, 2025 and December 15, 2025.
