NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “At this club, your new space can be free with IKEA Family”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) will hold a contest called “In this club, your new space can be free with IKEA Family” (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This contest will be valid in the Dominican Republic from October 1 to October 31, 2025, inclusive. Date of the drawing or selection of the “Free Day”: November 14, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All persons over the age of eighteen (18) who are IKEA Family Loyalty cardholders and IKEA Family VISA cardholders are eligible to participate. Ownership of the IKEA Family VISA card is subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and applies to purchases made by both primary and additional cardholders. Refunds to winners will be made to primary cardholders, including purchases made by additional cardholders.

CONTEST DETAILS: During the period from October 1 to October 31, 2025, all customers who make purchases of furniture and decorative items at any of the IKEA stores located in Santo Domingo, Bávaro, Santiago, La Romana, as well as through the Telepedidos channel, using their IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Loyalty card, will automatically participate in the promotion called “Free Day”

The mechanics are as follows:

• At the end of the promotional period, a specific day in October will be randomly selected as the “Free Day” through an electronic draw conducted via a digital lottery machine in the presence of a notary public on November 14, 2025, at the IKEA Dominican Republic facility.
• All customers who have made valid purchases on that selected day will receive the corresponding benefit, as established in section 6. PRIZES of these terms and conditions.
• Purchases made at the Swedish Store, Swedish Restaurant, and IKEA Swedish Bistro are excluded from this promotion.
• Transportation, installation, and assembly services are also excluded.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Bávaro store, IKEA Santiago store, IKEA La Romana outlet, and through the tele-ordering service, website www.IKEA.com.do, and the IKEA Inspire Dominican Republic app.

About the “Free Day”: This will be a day within the period of validity of these terms and conditions (October 1-31, 2025), chosen by electronic lottery in the presence of a notary public, on November 14, 2025. Customers selected between October 1 and 31, 2025, for the chosen “Free Day” will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, on the website www.IKEA.com.do, and at the IKEA Family stand in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

Upon notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and upon notification to Pro Consumidor for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These rules will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand in the Santo Domingo store, the IKEA Bávaro store, the IKEA Santiago Point, and the IKEA La Romana delivery point.

PRIZE: All individuals who make a purchase with their IKEA Family VISA card during the “Free Day” (previously selected winning day) will receive a full refund of their purchase amount in the form of CASH BACK, up to a maximum of RD$150,000, deposited into the savings or checking account where card refunds are normally received. All customers who use their IKEA Family VISA on that winning day automatically win. In addition, 15 winners will be selected at random from among IKEA Family Loyalty program members who have made purchases during the “Free Day” (previously selected winning day), who will receive a full refund of their purchase in the form of a Shopping Check, with a maximum limit of RD$30,000 to be redeemed at IKEA. Refund amounts that have been canceled and those who do not present them on that date will be excluded from the campaign. IKEA will contact the winning customers to confirm delivery of the prize and to instruct them on the winner registration process. By presenting the receipts, the terms and conditions of this promotion will be accepted. The prize is non-transferable. Under no circumstances will the prize be exchangeable for another.

THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible for lost or stolen invoices. Registration of winners must be strictly personal. Customers must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at Av. John F. Kennedy, corner of Calle Bienvenido García Gautier, El Pino, D.N., or to the IKEA Point of their choice, accompanied by the following documents:

• Identity document: ID card or passport.
• IKEA Family VISA card/IKEA Family Loyalty card number.
• Legalized power of attorney in Spanish plus identity documents of the principal and agent. (If the prize is not being collected in person). In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents.

The winners are all individuals who made a purchase with their IKEA Family VISA card or IKEA Family Loyalty card on the “free day” and will receive a refund in the form of CASH BACK (VISA cardholders) and a shopping voucher (Loyalty cardholders). The winner will be notified by telephone or via the email address registered in our database within a maximum of 5 working days from November 14, 2025. It is important that cardholders keep their details up to date. If the winner does not claim their prize or any other circumstance arises that implies waiver, forfeiture, abandonment, or other, of the prize within the indicated period (November 27, 2025), they will lose their right to it.

6.1 REFUND: For IKEA Family VISA customers, the maximum amount refunded in CASH BACK will not exceed RD$ 150,000 per card and customer. For IKEA Family Loyalty customers, the maximum amount refunded in Purchase Voucher will not exceed RD$ 30,000 per card and customer. On December 5, 2025, the organizer will reimburse all customers who have made purchases with their IKEA Family VISA and IKEA Family Loyalty cards during the “free day” selected via electronic raffle in the presence of a notary public. The organizer will be directly responsible for making the corresponding reimbursement, which will be made to IKEA Family VISA customers exclusively by bank transfer to the customer's current account where cash discounts are deposited, and exclusively by purchase check to IKEA Family Loyalty customers according to the conditions of the IKEA Family program. "Clause 5 of the contract in the general conditions of the IKEA Family VISA card entered into between Sarton Dominicana and the cardholder upon formalization of the application, details: Discounts will be accumulated and accounted for on a monthly basis and will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the cardholder on the registration form, 35 days after the end of the accounting month.

6.2 The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the benefits of the promotion. Similarly, within the promotion period, if a participant “takes advantage of our return policy” and returns the purchase made, they will automatically be disqualified from participating in the promotion. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as requests for additional services (transportation, measurement, assembly, installation) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After the prize has been refunded (amount of purchase made via bank transfer to the cardholder or purchase voucher), in cases of returns, the organizers' current return policy will be followed, but no cash refunds will be made. Credit notes or exchanges of goods or products will be issued in accordance with IKEA's return conditions and policies. We quote the return policy: "If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return the product unused and unassembled within 90 days of purchase. Bring the receipt and the product in its original packaging. If you return it, we will refund your money. For reasons you will understand, we do not exchange: bedding, opened mattresses, fabrics and kitchen countertops cut to size, plants, and products purchased on special occasion. Please note that after 30 days from your purchase, the ITBIS is non-refundable.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if they are winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these are related solely to this promotion. without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Contest Rules. Any attempts at betting or other similar methods are prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW: This contest is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
