CELEBRATE IN STYLE CATALOGUE RAFFLE AND WIN 2025

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the “CELEBRATE IN STYLE AND WIN 2025 CATALOG” will be developed and carried out online. Anyone wishing to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and implementation of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these rules and our website.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “CELEBRATE IN STYLE AND WIN 2025 CATALOG” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from October 1 to December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Entries made after the aforementioned dates and times, as well as those that do not include all the required information, will be considered void.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over the age of eighteen (18) who, during the period from September 1 to October 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., have followed the steps of the contest.

5. CONTEST DETAILS: For every minimum purchase of RD$1,000 in items from the VINTERFINT, STRALA, and VINTERSAGA collections registered on the form (https://www.ikea.com.do/en/202509-giveaway-cellebra-y-gana-do?&utm_source=carteleria&utm_medium=qr&utm_campaign=eventos&utm_content=carteleria-tienda) within the specified date range. To participate, complete the form at www.IKEA.com.do and confirm your participation by validating your email address in the email you will receive after completing the form. The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so it is necessary to register your personal information correctly.

   The winner of the contest will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories from January 9 to 15, 2026, on the @IKEAdominicana accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email address provided on the entry form, indicating the steps to claim their prize. The organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner in claiming their prize. If the winner does not respond to the contact within 24 hours after the end of the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.

   EXCLUDED: Employees and their immediate family members associated with SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. (IKEA) and related companies are excluded.

6. PRIZE: Three purchase vouchers worth RD$15,000 for first place, RD$10,000 for second place, and RD$5,000 for third place, which can be used until January 31, 2025, at IKEA Dominicana stores or outlets or at www.ikea.com.do. The gift card amount cannot be used to pay for transportation or assembly services, nor can it be exchanged for another gift card or cash.

   The date range during which the winner may use the gift card in stores or at delivery points is from January 15 to January 30, 2026, inclusive.

   Three winners will be selected through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible to win, participants must have complied with the contest rules indicated in point 4.

   Note: IKEA Dominican Republic may disqualify individuals who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.

   The prize is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and outlets in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or outlets in the Dominican Republic. The value of the transport cannot be compensated in cash.

   6.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation, such as an identity card, passport, or driver's license. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email address provided on the entry form, indicating the steps to validate their prize. The organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner in claiming their prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the end of the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

   Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, they shall be referred to common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website. The personal data provided by participants in order to take part in this activity will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. 8. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who have directly or indirectly altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

9. APPLICABLE LAW: This activity is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
