PROMOTION BASES: We give you the bedroom of your dreams''. FROM March 03 to March 20, 2025.

The winners are; all individuals who have made their purchase with the IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelity card, on the date stipulated in these rules (from March 3 to March 20, 2025). The winner will be informed by telephone or via email registered in our database within a maximum of 5 days from March 24, 2024. It is important that the cardholder customer has his/her data updated. In case the winner does not withdraw or claim his/her prize or if any other eventuality occurs that implies renunciation, dispossession, abandonment, or other, of the prize within the indicated term (April 30, 2025), he/she will lose the right to the prize.

6.1 The client exempts the ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the benefits of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER. Likewise, within the duration of the contest, if a participant “opts for our return policy” and returns the purchase made, he/she will automatically be disqualified from participating in the contest. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as request for additional services: transportation, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Then the delivery of the prize (Purchase check for the value from $50,000 to RD$150,000 depending on the winning place, already previously established in point NO. 6 of these rules). In the case of return of purchase, we will proceed according to the current return policy of the organizers, but no money will be refunded, we will proceed to issuance of credit note or exchange of goods or products according to conditions and return policies of IKEA; we quote Return Policy: “If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return the product unused, unassembled, within 90 days of purchase. Bring the invoice and the product in its original packaging. If you return it, we will refund your money. For reasons you will understand, we do not exchange: bedding, open mattresses, cut-to-size fabrics and kitchen tops, plants, and products purchased at a bargain. Please note that after 30 days of your purchase, the ITBIS is non-refundable.

1. PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) shall conduct a contest entitled ''We'll give you the bedroom of your dreams'' (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest”), which shall be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Rules of the Contest”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This contest will be valid in the Dominican Republic from the third (3rd) to the twentieth (20th) of March 2025, inclusive. Date of drawing or selection of the 5 winners: Monday, March 24, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders over the age of eighteen (18) are eligible to participate. In the case of the IKEA Famiy Visa card, the cardholder will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and the promotion applies to purchases made by both main and additional cardholders.

5. CONTEST DYNAMICS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders who make purchases for a minimum invoiced value of RD$2,000 pesos in furniture and decoration items, and who pay with the IKEA Family VISA card or register the IKEA Family fidelity card in their purchases made at IKEA Santo Domingo stores, small store Bávaro and Santiago and Delivery Point La Romana, during the period from March 3 (03) to March 20 (20), 2025, must register their invoice in the contest registration form, which would be available on the IKEA website, www. ikeacom.do and they will be participating.

   Winners will be chosen through an electronic raffle, in the presence of a notary public, on March 24, 2025, at IKEA Dominican Republic (excludes purchases at the Swedish Store and IKEA Restaurant, Bistro and coffee shop; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services).

   Participating customers, registered in the contest, between the dates of March 3-20, 2025, who are winners, will be announced through our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, on the website www.IKEA.com.do and at the IKEA Family booth in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

   Upon prior notification to the Pro Consumidor Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the contest, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro Consumidor for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These terms and conditions will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand in the Santo Domingo store, Small Store IKEA Bávaro, , Small Store IKEA Santiago and Punto IKEA La Romana.

6. PRIZE: All individuals, of legal age, who have made a purchase with the IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family loyalty card during the period from March 3 (03) to March 20 (20), 2025, and who have registered in the form provided for the contest on the IKEA website, www.ikeacom.do, will be part of the electronic raffle to participate and be one of the 5 winners in purchase checks distributed as follows:

   First place: RD$150,000
   Second place: RD$125,000
   Third place: RD$100,000
   Fourth place: RD$75,000
   Fifth place: RD$50,000

   Gift Certificates are only and exclusively for consumption in IKEA items, not including services, nor IKEA Food (Restaurant, Cafeteria, bistro, or Swedish store).

   IKEA will contact the winning customers to inform and confirm the delivery of the prize (Purchase checks for the indicated value) and to instruct them about the process of delivering the purchase checks to each of the winners. By withdrawing the purchase check, the winner accepts the terms and conditions of this contest. The prize is non-transferable. In no case will the prize be exchangeable for any other prize.

   Returned or cancelled purchase invoices and invoices for purchases made with gift checks or purchase checks in their entirety will be excluded from the campaign. The exchange and refund policy applies to Purchase Checks with the following restrictions: refunds will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days the amount of ITBIS paid for both exchanges and refunds will not be refunded or contemplated. The balance of the Purchase Check may not be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case shall the Purchase Check be exchangeable for another or its value in cash.

   THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the invoice. The withdrawal of the winners' purchase check must be strictly personal, the customer must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at John F. Kennedy Ave. esq. Bienvenido García Gautier St., El Pino, D.N., or at the IKEA Small Store or El Punto IKEA of their choice, accompanied by the following documents:

   • Identity Document: Identity Card or Passport;

   • IKEA Family VISA card/ IKEA Family loyalty card number.

   • Power of attorney in Spanish, legalized, plus the identity document of both the principal and the attorney-in-fact (if the withdrawal is not personal). In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase check and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. 8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by the participants to participate in this contest will be included in the data file called “SORTEOS Y CONCURSOS”, property of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.

   Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
