NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “Buy your dream kitchen with a free countertop included ;)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Santiago, IKEA Bávaro, and IKEA Romana delivery point stores. It applies to the IKEA WEBSITE and APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotional combination series (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance section) within the promotional period.

PROMOTION DETAILS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the modular kitchen combination series (HFB 07 includes only PA 711,721,731,635,636) listed below, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance section, will receive a free countertop for the kitchen they purchase. After making the payment, the area representative will give you your invoice specifying the redemption date. With this, the customer can request a printout of the purchase voucher from the Customer Service department, starting from the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores and outlets in the Dominican Republic, including those made through the telephone ordering service.

Upon notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and upon notification to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Santiago, IKEA Bávaro, and IKEA Romana delivery point stores.

PRIZE: Free melamine or wood veneer countertop for the kitchen included in the quote. Purchase the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included, minimum purchase amount of RD$120,000.00, see “5. Promotion Details” (excludes transportation and assembly services and items in the clearance section). To claim the prize, the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, the physical invoice must be presented; if the purchase was made online or by phone, a digital copy may be presented.

This promotion is non-transferable and can be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and outlets in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or outlets in the Dominican Republic. The value of the transportation cannot be compensated in cash.

6.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation, such as an identity card, passport, or driver's license. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

6.2 Upon return of the item from the combination series covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of transportation, as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, of the value of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in IKEA stores or outlets in the Dominican Republic and through the Tele Orders service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher with the highest amount, which can be used in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable to any other person.

6.5 To generate the promotional purchase check, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Several invoices will not be added together to reach the minimum required.

6.6 Countertops from the Kitchen family promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are on paid reservation will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically at the IKEA facility.

Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if they are winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these are related solely to this promotion. without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, participants accept these terms and conditions and also consent, in accordance with ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, to the use of their registered data by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions.
