PROMOTION BASES: “10% off purchase of dining tables and non-upholstered chairs”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on dining tables and chairs (upholstered and non-upholstered)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who purchase and pay for one or more items from the combination series included in the promotion (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and clearance area items) within the Promotion Period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series listed below, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and clearance area items, will receive ten percent (10%) of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment, the staff member will provide the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this invoice the customer may request printing of the Purchase Voucher at Customer Service starting on the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic, and through the Teleorders service.

Subject to prior notification to Instituto Pro-Consumidor, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these Promotion Terms, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and after notifying Pro-Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and clearance area items). To claim the prize the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store the customer must present the physical invoice; if the purchase was made via Web or Teleorders a digital invoice may be presented.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. Transportation costs cannot be refunded in cash.

6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the claimant we may request additional documentation such as ID card, passport or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

6.2 In the event of a return of an item from the combination series covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation value as applicable and specified in "point 5" of these Terms, corresponding to the value of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic and through the Teleorders service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, the customer will receive the Purchase Voucher of the highest amount, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable and non-transferable to any person.

6.5 To generate the promotional Purchase Voucher a single invoice must reach the minimum amount required by the promotion. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

6.6 Purchase Vouchers for promotions will be generated based on items invoiced at the time of purchase and on paid reservations (prepaid/reserved items) once the reserved item is physically available at IKEA during the Promotion Period.

General and special conditions

Purchase Voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular promotion terms.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. You can consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.IKEA.com.do.

USE OF WINNERS' NAME AND IMAGE: Under Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, participants automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for participation in the promotion and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the participant's express consent. Winning participants automatically consent to THE ORGANIZERS using, publishing and reproducing their image and name worldwide and without limitation, in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant. Such publications will be made within six (6) months following the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and also consent, under the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these Terms, common law shall apply. The Terms will be available during the Promotion Period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt to wager, or use similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries are allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these Terms.
