PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 11.11 RECEIVE AN 11% PURCHASE VOUCHER ON YOUR ONLINE PURCHASES

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “11% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this regulation (hereinafter the “Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 00:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on November 11 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years old who make and pay for an online purchase during the Promotion Period (excluding transport and assembly services) on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the Promotion Period.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online only/web. All customers who make an ONLINE purchase of RD$4,000 or more across the website, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive eleven percent (11%) of their invoice value (as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA). The voucher will be generated after the customer completes the corresponding payment. The customer will receive the Purchase Voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. Voucher redemption may be made during the period from November 12 to November 23, 2025.

6. THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these Promotion Rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

7. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to eleven percent (11%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport and assembly services) when making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The customer will receive the Purchase Voucher by email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. Voucher redemption may be made during the period from November 12 to November 23, 2025.

   7.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the recipient we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

   7.2 In the event of a return of any of the items acquired in this promotion, the credit note will not include the eleven percent (11%) amount referred to in “point 5” of these Rules for the value of the returned item.

   7.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in exclusive WEB Promotions at www.IKEA.com.do. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the recipient to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purpose of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the entrant. Winners automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and worldwide reproduction by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes solely related to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS owing any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a six (6) month period from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these Rules and also consent, under the ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13, that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these Rules, recourse will be made to common law. The Rules will be available during the Promotion period at www.IKEA.com.do.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt to bet or use other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registrations will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these Rules.
