NAME OF THE CONTEST: “Dad is important in Family”

PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) shall conduct a contest to be called ‘‘Dad Matters in Family’’ (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest”), which shall be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This contest will be valid in the Dominican Republic from June 30th (30) to July 20th (20), 2025, both inclusive. Date of drawing or election of the 3 winners: Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders over the age of eighteen (18) are eligible to participate. In the case of the IKEA Famiy Visa card, the cardholder will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and the promotion applies to purchases made by both main and additional cardholders.

CONTEST DYNAMICS: For purchases made with IKEA Family VISA or Fidelity, at IKEA stores in Santo Domingo, Bavaro, Santiago and La Romana delivery point, during the contest period (June 30 to July 20, 2025) for an amount greater than RD$6,000 pesos, you participate in winning an IKEA purchase check for RD$30,000 pesos to create Dad's Gaming space + the advice of an IKEA decoration specialist.

How do you participate? By completing the form published on our IKEA website www.ikea.com.do and registering your invoices paid with IKEA Family Visa or where you added your IKEA Family loyalty that were made during the contest period, with the minimum amount established. A maximum of 3 invoices per customer will be allowed to be registered. Winners will be selected at random, via electronic raffle with the registrations made in the web form.

Winning customers will be announced through our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, on the website www.IKEA.com.do and at the IKEA Family booth in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the contest, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These terms and conditions will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store IKEA Bávaro, Small Store IKEA Santiago and Punto IKEA La Romana.

PRIZE: On July 23, 2025, three (3) winners will be chosen from the invoices registered in the web form to receive a RD$30,000 pesos purchase check to be used at IKEA.

Purchase Vouchers are solely and exclusively for consumption on IKEA items, does not include services, nor IKEA Food (Restaurant, Café, bistro, or Swedish store). No IKEA Family Loyalty discount is accrued with this purchase check.

IKEA will contact the winning customers to inform them by phone or through the email registered in our database within 5 days from the date on which the winners were selected (July 23rd, 2025) and will confirm the delivery of the prize (Purchase checks for the indicated value: $RD30,000) and will instruct them about the process of delivery of the purchase checks to each of the winners. By withdrawing the purchase check, the winner accepts the terms and conditions of this contest. The prize is non-transferable and in no case will the prize be exchangeable for another prize.

The exchange and refund policy applies to Purchase Vouchers with the following restrictions: refunds will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days the amount of ITBIS paid for both exchanges and refunds will not be refunded or contemplated. The balance of the Purchase Voucher may not be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case shall the Purchase Voucher be exchangeable for another or its value in cash.

THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the invoice. The withdrawal of the winner's purchase check must be strictly personal, the customer must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at John F. Kennedy Ave. esq. Bienvenido García Gautier St., El Pino, D.N., or at the IKEA Small Store or El Punto IKEA of their preference, accompanied by the following documents:

• Identity document: ID card or passport.
• IKEA Family VISA card/ IKEA Family loyalty card number.
• Power of attorney in Spanish, legalized, plus the identity document of the person who is the power of attorney and the proxy (if the withdrawal is not personal). In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional documents.

The winners are: all individuals who belong to the IKEA Family club, who have purchased the minimum value established in these terms and conditions and have completed the form and registered their invoices. In the event that the winner does not withdraw or claim his/her prize or in the event of any other eventuality that implies renunciation, dispossession, abandonment, or other, of the prize within the indicated period (August 15, 2025), he/she will lose the right to the prize.

6.1 The client exempts the ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the benefits of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER. Likewise, within the duration of the contest, if a participant “opts for our return policy” and returns the purchase made, he/she will automatically be disqualified from participating in the contest. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as request for additional services: transportation, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Purchase check and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by the participants to participate in this contest will be included in the data file called “SORTEOS Y CONCURSOS”, property of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.

Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms and conditions.
