TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 10:00 p.m. on July 5 to 9:00 a.m. on July 7 on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals over the age of 18 who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transport and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app, within the promotion period.

PROMOTION DETAILS: Valid online/web only. All customers who make an ONLINE purchase of RD$4,000 or more, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive 20% of the value of their invoice (in the form of a gift card to be used at IKEA). The gift card will be generated after the customer has made the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their gift card in an email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire app. The gift card can be redeemed between July 8 and July 22, 2025.

THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher for twenty (20%) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in point "5. Promotion Details" (excluding transportation and assembly services) when making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire app, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. The voucher can be redeemed between July 8 and July 22, 2025.

7.1 In order to ensure the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher.

7.2 In the event of the return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage (20%) as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these terms and conditions, of the value of the returned item.

7.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in exclusive promotions on the website www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE with no minimum purchase required. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online gift card promotions will generate a gift card worth up to RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants in order to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, with registered address at Av. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the purchase voucher with the highest amount will be sent by email and can be used in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable to any other person.

• Receipt of Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

• Redemption date for purchase vouchers: Customers may redeem these vouchers online and/or in person (in-store or at a delivery point) between July 8 and July 22, 2025, inclusive.

• The purchase check will be calculated based on the total purchase value, excluding any contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

• Online purchase check promotions will generate a purchase check for a maximum amount of $600.
