CONTEST NAME: “Mommy Moments with IKEA Family”

PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) shall conduct a contest entitled “We'll give you the bedroom of your dreams” (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest”), which shall be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This contest will be valid in the Dominican Republic from May 5th to June 1st, 2025, both inclusive. Date of drawing or election of the 5 winners: Thursday, June 5, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders over the age of eighteen (18) are eligible to participate. In the case of the IKEA Famiy Visa card, the cardholder will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and the promotion applies to purchases made by both main and additional cardholders.

CONTEST DYNAMICS: Children from 5 to 12 years old, whose parents are members of the IKEA Family club, who have IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Loyalty card, participate in the contest. Participating children should draw a picture of their favorite moment with mom on the template placed on page #15 of IKEA Family magazine, issue: April - June 2025. After drawing the picture, IKEA Family member parents must correctly complete all the fields with the information requested in the template and deposit it in the urn located at the IKEA Family stand in each IKEA store in the Dominican Republic.

Twelve winners will be chosen from the participating drawings deposited in the ballot boxes on the stipulated dates (May 5 to June 1, 2025). The winning drawings will be announced through our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, on the website www.IKEA.com.do and at the IKEA Family booth at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the contest, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These terms and conditions will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store IKEA Bávaro, Small Store IKEA Santiago and Punto IKEA La Romana.

PRIZE: 12 winners will be chosen from the drawings deposited in the ballot boxes located in each IKEA store in the Dominican Republic, during the period of date indicated in these rules (from March 5th to June 1st, 2025).

The winners will be chosen by live voting on June 5, 2025 and the purchase checks corresponding to these winners will be distributed as follows:

• 1 winner of RD$100,000 - Exclusive IKEA Family VISA cardholder

• 1 winner of RD$50,000

• 10 winners of: RD$5,000

For a total of 12 winners.

Purchase Vouchers are only and exclusively for consumption in IKEA items, not including services, nor IKEA Food (Restaurant, Cafeteria, bistro, or Swedish store).

IKEA will contact the winning customers to inform and confirm the delivery of the prize (Purchase checks for the indicated value) and to instruct them about the process of delivering the purchase checks to each of the winners.  By withdrawing the purchase check, the winner accepts the terms and conditions of this contest. The prize is non-transferable. In no case the prize will be exchangeable for another prize.

The policy of changes and returns applies to purchase checks with the following restrictions: returns will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days will not be refunded or the amount of ITBIS paid for both changes and returns will not be contemplated. The balance of the Purchase Check may not be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case shall the Purchase Check be exchangeable for another or its value in cash.

THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the invoice. The withdrawal of the winners' purchase check must be strictly personal, the customer must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at John F. Kennedy Ave. esq. Bienvenido García Gautier St., El Pino, D.N., or at the IKEA Small Store or El Punto IKEA of their choice, accompanied by the following documents:

• Identity document: ID card or passport.

• IKEA Family VISA card / IKEA Family loyalty card number.

• Power of attorney in Spanish legalized plus the identity document of the person who has the power of attorney and the proxy (if the withdrawal is not personal). In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional documents.

The winners are all the natural persons who have correctly filled in the data of the template containing the drawing made by the participating child, on the date stipulated in these rules (from May 5 to June 1, 2025). The winner will be contacted and informed by telephone or via email registered in our database within 5 days from the date on which the winners will be selected (June 5, 2025). It is important that the winning IKEA Family customer has his/her data updated. In case the winner does not withdraw or claim his/her prize or any other eventuality that implies renunciation, dispossession, abandonment, or other, of the prize within the indicated period (June 30, 2025), he/she will lose the right to the prize.

6.1 The client exempts the ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the benefits of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER. Likewise, within the duration of the contest, if a participant “opts for our return policy” and returns the purchase made, he/she will automatically be disqualified from participating in the contest. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as request for additional services: transportation, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase and/or transportation check promotions may be subject to special conditions such as purchase minimums or purchase of specific items. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.

Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of these rules and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
