PROMOTION BASES: NIGHTS UNDER THE STARS, 10% purchase voucher for the outdoor categories

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher in the outdoor category” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND DURATION: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on April 23 and 24 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons 18 years of age or older who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding delivery and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP during the promotion period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who purchase ONLINE for RD$4,000 or more in the online category outdoor, which includes the following assortment: Outdoor (1008), Tables and chairs (20006), Lounge and relax furniture (20007), Outdoor kitchen and accessories (20008), Flowerpots, plants and gardening (20010), Decoration (163), Outdoor lighting (106), Organization in storage and laundry rooms (20072) — excluding delivery and assembly services — will receive 10% of their invoice amount (as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA). This voucher will be generated after the customer completes payment. The customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. Voucher redemption may be made between April 27 and May 17, 2026.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, or amend the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding delivery and assembly services). When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive the purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. Voucher redemption may be made between April 27 and May 17, 2026.

7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the recipient, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of a return of any item purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the corresponding ten percent (10%) indicated in “point 5” of these terms, of the value of the returned item.

7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made during exclusive WEB promotions on www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app for RD$4,000 or more. Any taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. The personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the entrant. Participants who are selected as winners automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided that such use relates only to this promotion, and THE ORGANIZERS shall not be required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this reason. These publications will be made within six (6) months from the end of the promotion. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 for participants' data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be referred to common law. The terms will be available during the promotion period on the website www.IKEA.com.do.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms.
