Terms and Conditions Promotion: “BLUE MONDAY, 20% in Gift Certificates on your online purchases”. Valid from January 18 until 9:00 a.m. on January 20

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “20% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms established in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 22:00 on January 18, 2026 until 9:00 a.m. on January 20, 2026 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons aged 18 or older who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services) via the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid only online/web. All customers who purchase ONLINE for RD$4,000 or more, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, will receive a Purchase Voucher equal to 20% of their invoice value to be used online or in-store at IKEA Dominican Republic locations or points. The voucher will be generated after the customer completes payment. The customer will receive the purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered when placing the online order via www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher may be redeemed between January 21, 2026 and February 15, 2026.

The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6.1 PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same invoice, the purchase voucher of the highest amount will be issued by email and may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable and non-transferable.

6.2 The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores or points in Puerto Rico. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to an IKEA store or point in Puerto Rico. The transportation cost cannot be reimbursed in cash and the gift voucher associated with the original purchase will be canceled.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase amount as detailed in section 5 (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services) when making the purchase on our website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA Inspire APP. The customer will receive the purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase. The voucher may be redeemed between January 21 and February 15, 2026.

7.1 For the purpose of guaranteeing the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of a return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the twenty percent (20%) amount applicable as specified in “point 5” of these rules for the value of the returned item.

7.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made via the WEB www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE App, with a minimum purchase of RD$4,000. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, National District El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent that the data provided be used and processed for the purpose of participation in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants who are winners automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to THE ORGANIZERS' worldwide use, publication and reproduction of their image and name for any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided that these relate solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact; such publications will be made within six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant does not wish to take part in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also the consent, pursuant to the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be governed by common law. The rules will be available during the promotion period on the portal www.IKEA.com.do.

GENERAL: Any attempt to place bets, or other similar methods, is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic or similar registration will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
