PROMOTION BASES: IKEA Food Magazine

Valid from 01/10/2025 to 14/12/2025.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will conduct the promotion called "WIN A BASKET OF TIENDA SUECA PRODUCTS WORTH RD$3,000!" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from October 1 to December 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Any participations made after the dates and times mentioned above will be considered null, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age who during the period from October 1 to December 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: To participate in the promotion, you must spend a minimum of RD$1,500 in a single purchase at Tienda Sueca at IKEA Santo Domingo or on Tienda Sueca products at Café Sueco at IKEA Bávaro and IKEA Santiago. Then, participating persons must complete a form and register their purchase receipt on the website www.ikea.com.do where they can access it through the URL or by scanning the QR code that will accompany the communication in the magazine in both printed and digital versions. The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so correct registration of personal data will be necessary.

   The contest winner will be announced through Instagram and Facebook stories on December 29, 2025 on the @IKEAdominicana accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email at the number and email address provided by the winner in the form submitted to participate, indicating the steps to validate their prize. The organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner in claiming their prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will select an alternate winner.

   EXCLUDED: Employees and their direct family members linked to SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. (IKEA) and related companies are excluded.

6. PRIZE: 3 winners will be selected from a basket with Tienda Sueca products worth RD$3,000.

   3 winners will be selected through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be a winner, one must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 4.

   Note: IKEA Dominican Republic may disqualify persons who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or organizer.

   The prize is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and locations in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or locations in the Dominican Republic. The value of transportation cannot be compensated with cash.

   6.1 To ensure the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents, such as identity card, passport, or driver's license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, as long as the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules. In case of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be subject to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website. Personal data provided by participants to participate in this activity will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. 8. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This activity is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
