7. PRIZE: The prize for each winner will be RD$20,000 in purchase check. The prize will not be redeemable for another item, credit note or money or cash value.
8. PURCHASE CHECK CONDITIONS: The purchase check will be sent to the prize winners only to the e-mail registered in the participation form. The purchase check must be redeemed in its entirety from 17/04/2023 to 07/05/2023. The purchase check is non-transferable and must be used by the customer in its entirety at the IKEA Dominican Republic Store or Points. The amount of the purchase check may not be used to offset the outstanding balance for purchases financed with credit cards, to pay for transportation or assembly services, nor will it be exchangeable for another or a cash value. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase check and the customer exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Check or participation in the Promotion.
9. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: On Thursday, April 13, the winners of the promotion will be notified via phone call. The winners of the contest will be published through an Instagram and Facebook story on Friday, April 14 in the afternoon on the @IKEADominicana account.

WAIVER OF PRIZE: The organizer will not be responsible if the Winner cannot receive his Prize for different reasons or events of force majeure or if he waives the right to accept it, losing in both cases all the rights he may have in relation to his prize.
