PROMOTION NAME: "BLACK FRIDAY IKEA FAMILY 2023"
1. SPONSOR OF THE PROMOTION: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "Black Friday IKEA Family" in your IKEA store, applicable to the purchase of furniture and decoration items (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from November 23 to 26, 2023.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals over eighteen (18) years of age, holders of the IKEA FAMILY VISA and FIDELITY card, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decoration items (without any minimum purchase) at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store Bávaro, Delivery Points in La Romana and Santiago, Teleorders, and Web purchases (excluding purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro, and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation, and assembly services) within the promotion period can participate. Ownership subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano.
5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All IKEA FAMILY VISA cardholders making purchases of furniture and decoration items with the IKEA FAMILY VISA card during the promotion period from November 23 to 26, 2023 (excluding purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro, and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation, and assembly services) will accumulate a 25% cash discount (5% regular + additional 20%) on the value of their invoice, refunded in the usual manner, as a credit to their bank account, 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$150.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $15,000.00 pesos (the Refund). Promotional discount not cumulative with other IKEA FAMILY VISA card discounts.
IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY customers who register their card at the time of billing at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store Bávaro, Delivery Points in La Romana and Santiago, Teleorders, and Web purchases (excluding purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro, and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation, and assembly services) within the promotion period when paying for their furniture and decoration purchases will accumulate a 10% purchase voucher (5% regular + additional 5%). This discount only applies on November 24, 2023. On November 23, 25, and 26, 2023, the regular 5% discount on the value of their invoice in the form of a purchase voucher will apply, received 35 days after the close of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$300.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $7,500 pesos.
Participation in this promotion is applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store Bávaro, Delivery Points in La Romana and Santiago, Teleorders, and Web. Upon notification to the Consumer Protection Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified reasons and notified to Pro Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEAFAMILY.com.do, on social networks, and/or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: A 25% cash discount (5% regular + additional 20%) for IKEA FAMILY VISA (credited to their bank account) (from November 23 to 26, 2023). A 10% purchase voucher for IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY (5% regular + additional 5%) (only on November 24, 2023) as detailed in point "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excludes transportation and assembly services, purchases in Restaurant, Swedish Store, Bistro). Promotional discount not cumulative with other IKEA FAMILY VISA and IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY discounts All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses, such as transportation, diets, allowances, hiring of services, are the absolute responsibility of the customer.
The policy of changes and returns applies to the purchase voucher with the following restrictions: returns will be made through the issuance of credit notes, and after thirty (30) days, the ITBIS paid will not be refunded or considered for both changes and returns. The purchase voucher balance cannot be offset with outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards, and in no case will the purchase voucher be exchangeable for another or its value in cash. THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher. The withdrawal of the purchase voucher is strictly personal; the customer must go to the CUSTOMER SERVICE department of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, El Pino, D.N., accompanied by the following documents:
- Purchase invoice;
- Identification Document: ID or Passport;
- Legalized representation power in Spanish plus the ID of the grantor and representative. (If the withdrawal is not personal).
6.1 For the purpose of ensuring the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents, such as identity card, passport, or driver's license. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.2 In the event of the return of the item from the combination series covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of the transportation as appropriate and specified in "point 5" of these rules, of the value of the returned item.
6.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store Bávaro, Delivery Points in La Romana and Santiago, through the Teleorders and Web service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of unspecified expenses are the absolute responsibility of the customer.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Promotions of purchase vouchers and/or transportation may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or the purchase of specific items. 8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that participants provide to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.
9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the investigation, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purpose of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization unless expressly consented by the contestant. Participants, in the event of winning, automatically consent to participating in the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related only to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within the six (6) months timeframe, starting from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they can send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these rules and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law or administrative instances that are competent to resolve any doubts. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting, or similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registration will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
