Bases PROMOTION: “CHEF'S DAY, 10% Purchase voucher for items in the COOKING and EATING area and the DINING area” Valid on October 20, 2025

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher on items from the COOKING and DINING areas and DINING ROOMS” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set out in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on October 20 on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transportation and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP within the promotion validity period.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who purchase ONLINE from RD$0 in the HFB08 DINING ROOMS, HF14 COOKING and HFB15 DINING categories, excluding transportation and assembly services, will receive 10% of their invoice value (as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA). The voucher will be generated after the customer completes payment. The customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. Voucher redemption can be made between October 21 and November 8, 2025.

6. THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

7. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transportation and assembly services). When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase. Voucher redemption can be made between October 21 and November 8, 2025.

   7.1 For the purposes of guaranteeing the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

   7.2 In the event of a return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these terms, of the value of the returned item.

   7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in exclusive WEB promotions on www.IKEA.com.do. Taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to enter this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant's express consent. Winners, by participating, automatically consent to THE ORGANIZERS' use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided these relate only to this promotion, and THE ORGANIZERS shall not be required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. Such publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to participate in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com withdrawing their consent. 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, common law will apply. The terms will be available during the promotion period on the website www.IKEA.com.do.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms.
