CONTEST NAME: “Your new kitchen with IKEA Family!”

PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) will hold a contest called “Your new kitchen with IKEA Family!” (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Contest Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This contest will be valid in the Dominican Republic from September 1 to September 28, 2025, inclusive. Date of the draw or selection of the winner: Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All persons over the age of eighteen (18) who are holders of an IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Loyalty card are eligible to participate. In the case of the IKEA Family Visa card, ownership is subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano, and the promotion applies to purchases made by both primary and additional cardholders.

CONTEST DYNAMICS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family loyalty cardholders who make purchases totaling RD$8,000 pesos or more during the contest period (September 1-28, 2025) and who complete and register their receipts on the digital form available on the IKEA website www.IKEA.com.do. They will be entered into a draw to win a kitchen valued at RD$150,000 pesos + advice from a kitchen specialist and measurements. The prize does not include transport and assembly. All our IKEA stores (Santo Domingo, Santiago, Bávaro, La Romana) and online/telephone orders are participating.

Invoices must be paid with IKEA Family VISA or registered with IKEA Family loyalty in order to participate. There is no maximum number of invoices that can be registered per customer (customers can register as many invoices as they wish, provided they meet the parameters established for participation in the contest). Winners will be selected at random, via electronic or physical raffle, during a live event with customers registered on the web form.

The winning customers will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, on the website www.IKEA.com.do, and at the IKEA Family stand in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

Upon notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the contest, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and upon notification to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These rules will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand in the Santo Domingo store, the IKEA Bávaro Small Store, the IKEA Santiago Small Store, and Punto IKEA La Romana.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will be chosen from among customers who register using the entry form. The prize consists of a kitchen valued at RD$150,000 pesos + advice from a kitchen specialist and kitchen measurements. Does not include assembly, transportation, or removal of previous kitchen. All our IKEA stores (Santo Domingo, Santiago, Bávaro, La Romana) and online/telephone orders are participating.

The winner will be chosen via a live broadcast on September 30, 2025, and will be announced on our social media accounts on October 1, 2025. The amount valued for the kitchen (RD$150,000) is solely and exclusively for use on IKEA items and does not include services or IKEA Food (restaurant, café, bistro, or Swedish shop). This prize amount cannot be combined with IKEA Family discounts.

IKEA will contact the winning customers by phone or via the email address registered in our database within a maximum of 5 working days from the date on which the winner is selected (September 30, 2025) and will confirm delivery of the prize (a kitchen valued at RD$150,000 pesos + consultation with a kitchen specialist and kitchen measurements) and provide instructions on the prize delivery process. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize under any circumstances.

The winner authorizes the organizing company to record and take photos during the installation and remodeling of the prize kitchen. These images and videos may be used in the media, social networks, and advertising material, without any time or place restrictions and without generating any payment. The winner confirms that they have the consent of the people who live in their home or appear in the recordings, releasing the company from any third-party claims.

The exchange and return policy applies with the following restrictions: returns will be made by issuing credit notes, and after thirty (30) days, the ITBIS amount paid will not be refunded or considered for either exchanges or returns. Under no circumstances will the value of the kitchen (RD$150,000) be exchangeable for another item or its cash value.

THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the invoice. The withdrawal of the winner's purchase check must be strictly personal, the customer must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at John F. Kennedy Ave. esq. Bienvenido García Gautier St., El Pino, D.N., or at the IKEA Small Store or El Punto IKEA of their preference, accompanied by the following documents:

• Identity document: ID card or passport.
• IKEA Family VISA card/ IKEA Family loyalty card number.
• Power of attorney in Spanish, legalized, plus the identity document of the person who is the power of attorney and the proxy (if the withdrawal is not personal). In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional documents.

The winners are all individuals who belong to the IKEA Family club, who have made purchases for the minimum amount established in these rules, and who have completed the form and registered their receipts. If the winner does not collect or claim their prize, or if any other circumstance arises that involves the waiver, forfeiture, abandonment, or other loss of the prize within the specified period (October 31, 2025), they will lose their right to the prize.

6.1 The client exempts the ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the benefits of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER. Likewise, within the duration of the contest, if a participant “opts for our return policy” and returns the purchase made, he/she will automatically be disqualified from participating in the contest. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as request for additional services: transportation, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Purchase check and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by the participants to participate in this contest will be included in the data file called “SORTEOS Y CONCURSOS”, property of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.

Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms and conditions.
