INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of lard or butter
- 2 spoonful of annatto oil
- Teaspoons of powdered seasoning
- 12 units of green plantain, peeled and shredded
- 6 Unidades de green banana.
- 2 ½ lbs. of white yautia, peeled and shredded
- 4 eggs
- 4 big spoonful of sour orange juice
- 2 units of evaporated milk 300 ml
For the filling:
- 2 lbs. of IKEA’s SJÖRAPPORT salmon fillet
- 1 spoonful of complete seasoning
- 1 cup of chopped red roasted pepper
- ¼ cup of raisins
- ¼ cup of chopped stuffed olives
- ¾ cup of IKEA’s ROSTAD LÖK onion


Serves 1-6 60 mins.
STEP BY STEP
- Peel the ingredients (banana, yautia, etc.), after peeling them, rinse them and shred them thin. In a bowl mix it all with butter, annatto oil, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
- For the filling, put in a pan our salmon, the roasted pepper, raisins, olives, roasted onion, complete seasoning, add 3 ounces of water, let it fry lightly and mix it all.
- Put the banana leaves, previously rinsed, 6 ounces of the dough mix and 4 ounces of the filling, close it and tie it with a kitchen string.
- Boil water at high heat, when it is boiling put the pastries and let them cook at medium heat for 35 minutes or until it is firm.
