Homemade PÅTÅR coffee ice cream
This creamy smooth ice cream is a coffee lover’s dream! What’s more, the no fuss three ingredient recipe requires no ice cream maker and can be made in just a few simple steps.

- 5 tbsp cold strong PÅTÅR coffee
- 2 dl whipping cream
- 400 g dulce de leche
- Chopped nuts, optional

Serves 4-6 10 mins

Step by step
1. Whip the cream until fluffy.
2. Gently fold in the dulce de leche and coffee into the whipped cream.
3. Pour the coffee cream mixture into a baking dish and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 2 hours.
4. If you like, top the ice cream with chopped nuts for some extra crunch and flavour.
