INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons of red cranberry jam SYLT LINGON
- 16 ginger biscuits KAFFEREP
- 200 g of cream
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 2 ½ tablespoons of icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 100 g of red cranberries (optional)


Serves 4 10 mins.
STEP BY STEP
1. Whip the cream, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and water until it is spong. Add a little bit of lemon juice or water if the blend is too dense.2. Grind the biscuits until they are crumbs.
3. Put the jam, the biscuit crumbs and the cream in different glasses.
4. Add red cranberries or other berries you like.
