PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “BEDS AND MATTRESSES NIGHTS, 10% gift card on beds and mattresses.”

Valid on the nights of September 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will hold the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher on Beds and Mattresses” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on September 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals over the age of 18 who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transport and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE app, within the promotion period.

5. PROMOTION DETAILS: Valid online/web only. All customers who make an ONLINE purchase of RD$8,000 or more in the Beds (521) and Mattresses (511) categories, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive 10% of the value of their invoice (in a gift card to be used at IKEA). This gift card will be generated after the customer has made the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their gift card in an email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The gift card can be redeemed between September 7 and 31, 2025.

6. THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

7. PRIZE: One (1) gift card for ten (10%) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Details" (excludes transportation and assembly services) when making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. The voucher can be redeemed between September 7 and 31, 2025.

   7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher.

   7.2 In the event of the return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage (10%) as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these terms and conditions, of the value of the returned item.

   7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in exclusive WEB promotions www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE with no minimum purchase. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   7.4 Online gift card promotions will generate a gift card for a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants in order to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., with registered address at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if they are winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these are related solely to this promotion. without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, participants accept these terms and conditions and also consent, in accordance with ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, to the use of their registered data by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, they shall be referred to common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.com.do.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
