PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, SAS (“IKEA”)(hereinafter called “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion that will be called “Black Friday IKEA Family" in your IKEA store, applies to the purchase of furniture and decoration items, (hereinafter called "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the bases established in this document (hereinafter called "The Promotion Bases").

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from November 24 to 27, 2022.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age, holders of the IKEA FAMILY VISA and LOYALTY card, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decoration items, may participate.(without any minimum consumption)at the IKEA Store, Bávaro, Romana and Santiago Delivery Points, Teleorders and online purchases (excludes purchases at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the validity period of the promotion. Ownership that will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano.
5. DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION: All IKEA FAMILY VISA cardholders who purchase furniture and decoration items with the IKEA FAMILY VISA card, during the promotion period; of November 24 to 27, 2022(excludes purchases at Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services), they will receive a 25% discount (5% usual + 20% additional) in cash of the value of their invoice in the form of a credit to their bank account, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which they made the purchase, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$150.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $15,000.00 pesos(return). *Promotional discount not combinable with other discounts of the IKEA FAMILY VISA card*
IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD customers, who register their card at the checkout of IKEA Store, Bávaro, Romana and Santiago Delivery Points, Teleorders and online purchases (excludes purchases in Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the period of validity of the promotion when paying for your purchases of furniture and decoration items, they will receive 10% (5% usual + 5% additional) this discount only applies on Friday, November 25, 2022. The November 24, 26 and 27, applies the usual discount of 5% discount, of the value of your invoice in the form of a purchase check, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of RD$300.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $7,500 pesos.
Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, the IKEA Bávaro Point, the IKEA Santiago Point, the IKEA La Romana Point, purchases by Teleorders and the Web. Prior notification to the Pro Consumer Institute THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for just cause and notified to Pro Consumer for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEAFAMILY.com.do, on social networks and/or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: 25% cash discount (5% usual + 20% additional) for IKEA FAMILY VISA (credited to your bank account)(from November 24 to 27, 2022). 10% Purchase check for IKEA FAMILY LOYALTY (5% usual + 5% additional) (only on November 25)as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excludes transportation and assembly services, purchases in Restaurant, Swedish Store, Bistro). *Promotional discount not combinable with other discounts of the IKEA FAMILY VISA and IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD card*All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of expenses, such as transportation, per diem, per diem, contracting services, are the sole responsibility of the client.
The exchange and return policy applies to purchase checks with the following restrictions: returns will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days the amount of ITBIS paid will not be refunded or contemplated for both changes as for returns. The balance of the Purchase Check cannot be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case will the Purchase Check be exchangeable for another or its value in cash. THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Check. The withdrawal of the Purchase check is strictly personal, the client must go to the CUSTOMER SERVICE department of SARTON DOMINICANA, SAS, at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. • Identity Document: Identity Card or Passport;
• Power of attorney in Spanish legalized plus identity document granting and proxy. (If the withdrawal is not personal).
6.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request some additional document, such as an identity card, passport or driver's license. The client exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, as long as the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.2 Before the return of the article of the combinations series object of this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of the transport as appropriate and is specified in "point 5" of these bases, of the value of the returned article.
6.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, the IKEA Bávaro Point, the IKEA Santiago Point, the IKEA La Romana Point and through the Teleordering and web service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of expenses, not specified, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Purchase vouchers and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular bases of the promotion.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that participants provide to participate in this promotion will be included in a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, SAS, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Welcome García Gautier Santo Domingo, El Pino National District CP 10508.
9. USE OF WINNERS NAME AND IMAGE: By virtue of the provisions of the organic law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, the participants in the promotions automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed, with the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and commercialization of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. The participants, in the case of being winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction throughout the world and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising,
ORGANIZERS pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within the time frame of six (6) months, from the end of the promotion. If the participating winner is not interested in participating in these publications, he may send an email to public.relations@ikea.com.do rejecting your consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA SAS to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to air any doubt. The bases will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.
11. GENERAL: Any attempted gambling, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entry will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by current legislation in the Dominican Republic and by these bases.
