PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTONDOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will conduct the promotion to be called "Promotion 20% purchase check at AURDAL and ELVARLI (PA424) (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as "The Rules of the Promotion").

4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals who make and pay for the purchase of one or more articles of the series of combinations of the promotion (excludes transportation and assembly services and articles of the area of opportunities) within the period of validity of the promotion.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series listed below excluding transportation and assembly services and opportunity area items will receive Twenty Percent (20%) of their invoice value in a Purchase Check to be used at IKEA. After payment is made, the area associate will give you your invoice. With this invoice, the customer can go to Customer Service to request the printing of the Purchase Check from the beginning of the Redemption Date. Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA stores in Santo Domingo, Bávaro, Punto IKEA Santiago, Punto IKEA La Romana and through the Telepedidos service. The ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes, prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.
6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Check for Twenty Percent (20%) of the purchase amount as detailed in item "5. Promotion Dynamics" (excludes transportation and assembly services and opportunity area items). To claim the prize it is indispensable that the customer presents the purchase invoice. The purchase check is non-transferable, it can be redeemed by the customer at the IKEA store or Bávaro, Puntos Santiago and La Romana. In the event of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points and the value of the transport can not be compensated for its cash value.
6.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request any additional document, such as identity card, passport or driver's license. The client exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER.
6.2 Upon return of the article of the series of combinations subject to this promotion, the credit note shall not include the percentage or value of transportation as appropriate and as specified in "item 5" of these rules, of the value of the returned article.
6.3 The promotion shall be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Punto IKEA Bávaro, Punto IKEA Santiago, Punto IKEA La Romana and through the Telepedidos service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 If two or more such promotions coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the larger purchase check which may be used in-store, at IKEA Point or on the web. The purchase check is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to any person.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS Purchase check promotions may be subject to special conditions such as purchase minimums or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms and conditions of the promotion.

USE OF NAME OF WINNERS AND IMAGE: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion shall not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion.
