3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic for 32 hours from 6/20/2024 at 0:00 until 6/21/2024 at 8:00 am both in the on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and APP INSPIRE.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make and pay for the online purchase during the promotion period (excludes transportation and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, within of the promotion period.
5. DYNAMICS OF THE ACTIVITY: Valid only online/web. All customers who make an ONLINE purchase starting at RD$2,500, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area will receive 10% of the value of their invoice (in a Purchase Check to be used at IKEA, said check to delivered after the customer makes the corresponding payment). The exchange of the check can be carried out in the period between June 22 and July 7, 2024.
6. THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. 7. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase check for ten (10) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excludes transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area). 7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Check.
7.2 Upon return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage (%) as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these bases, of the value of the returned item.
7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in exclusive WEB Promotions www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE without a minimum purchase. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of expenses, not specified, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7.4 Online purchase check promotions will generate a purchase check for a maximum amount of RD$30,000.
