All people over eighteen (18) years old, owners of the IKEA FAMILY VISA card can participate, ownership that will be subjected to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and member of the IKEA Family fidelity that live on the northern area of the country.
5. DYNAMICS OF THE CONTEST:
All the clients with their IKEA Family VISA or LITE can register through the form at our web www.IKEA.com.do from the 7th to the 26th of November 2023. The winners will be announced via social networks @ikeadominicana and email to each one of the winners the day 29th of November 2023.
Previous notification to the Pro Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS can cancel the promotion, modify dates, the terms and conditions of the present promotion, as well as the presented prizes, at any moment by justified and notified cause to the Pro Consumer for approval purposes. 8. USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
In virtue of what has been said in the organic law about personal data protection No. 172-13, the participant of the promotions automatically give consent to use and treat these data, with the purpose of participating in the promotion, apart from the investigation, promotion and commercialization of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Moreover, the personal information given that is required for the present promotion purposes, will not be revealed to any other organization except if it has been expressly consented by the participant.
