We recommend that you provide us with a preliminary measurement of the space following the guidelines provided by IKEA expert staff. If you hire installation services with IKEA, a measurement by our recommended co-worker will always be required. This service will have an additional cost. To book this service, you must follow these steps:

| Measurement | RD$ 2,000.00 | This service consists of a visit to your home to take measurements and check the space where the installation will take place, ensuring that everything fits correctly. If you need to measure more than one space, each measurement must be booked separately. It is important that we have access to the area at the agreed time. If the measurement cannot be carried out, the visit will be considered completed. This service includes:

| Kitchen verification | RD$ 2,000.00 | This service consists of a second visit carried out after the initial measurement, during which the recommended co-worker verifies the modifications made to the space and confirms that the area meets the necessary requirements for kitchen installation. |
| Click&Collect | Free | This is a free service that allows you to collect purchases made through our website or telephone orders at the contact point of your choice. When your articles are available, we will send you a notification. However, please remember that if you do not collect your purchase within 3 business days after this notification, we will cancel your purchase and refund the amount paid for the articles using the same payment method used for the purchase. |
| Parcel delivery | RD$ 290.00 | This service consists of delivering new small or medium-sized articles that you have purchased through our website, the IKEA Inspire app, or by phone with our Telephone Orders team, and that are identified as parcel delivery. To use this service, your order must meet the following requirements:
If we are unable to deliver your order because we cannot find you at the delivery address, we will arrange for the order to be returned. In this case, the associated transportation costs will apply. |

| Removal of your old mattress | RD$ 500.00 | This service consists of removing your used mattress at the same time we deliver your new mattress purchased from us. To carry out the collection, it is important that the mattress is properly prepared and secured before collection, for hygiene reasons. |
| Appliance removal | RD$ 500.00 | This service consists of removing your used appliance when your new appliance purchased from IKEA is delivered. |
| Removal of your old kitchen | From RD$ 500.00 | This service consists of removing your used kitchen when your new kitchen purchased from us is delivered. |
| Parcel collection | RD$ 290.00 | This service consists of collecting from your home the new articles you have purchased through parcel delivery from one of our contact points, so that we can process an exchange or return. |
| Storage of disassembled articles and kitchens | Free of charge | Consists of the temporary storage of disassembled articles and kitchens purchased at one of our contact points, when the transportation service is contracted with us. The storage period for disassembled articles is a maximum of 5 days from the date of contracting the transportation service. In the case of kitchens, storage is provided at no additional cost for a maximum period of 29 days from the date of contracting the kitchen transportation service. Restrictions:
Storage periods begin from the date the corresponding transportation service is contracted. Once the applicable storage period has ended, the delivery of the articles must be coordinated according to the conditions of the contracted service. |
| Furniture assembly | 9% of the value of the articles. Minimum of RD$ 2,500.00 | Consists of the assembly at your home of the articles you have purchased at one of our contact points, such as sofas, shelving units, office furniture, bedroom furniture, dining furniture, outdoor furniture and other similar products that do not have a specific service. To ensure complete assembly, it is important that all elements that are part of the article are included in the service booking. In the case of products with mattresses or mattress toppers, you can decide whether you want to include them in the service so that the assembler leaves them in place. This service includes:

From the 5th unit onward, RD$ 250.00 each | Consists of the installation of accessories and decorative elements that you have purchased at one of our contact points, such as mirrors (except bathroom mirrors), lamps (except bathroom lamps), curtain rails or wall shelves, among others, following the product instructions. | Disassembly of IKEA articles | 5% of the purchase value | Consists of the partial or complete disassembly and/or uninstallation of existing IKEA articles at the customer's home, provided that the customer has purchased equivalent articles from IKEA through any of our sales channels and has contracted the assembly and/or installation service for the new articles. The disassembly will be carried out at the same location where the installation of the purchased products will take place, making it easier to replace the old articles with the new ones conveniently and efficiently. This service does not include:

| Installation of bathroom | 7% of the invoice value. Minimum RD$ 2,500.00 | Consists of the assembly and installation of bathroom furniture that you have purchased at any of our points of sale, including washbasins, faucets, countertops (with the necessary cuts), the connection of the IKEA trap to the wall and the connection of faucets to the water outlets. | Complete disassembly of old furniture (excluding modular and/or conventional wardrobes, sofas, sofa beds, beds, bathrooms, kitchens and kitchen articles) | RD$ 1,500.00 per linear meter | Consists of the disassembly and/or removal of existing modular and conventional wardrobes in your home, provided that you have purchased equivalent wardrobes from IKEA through any of our points of sale and have contracted the assembly or installation service for the new articles at the same location where the disassembly will take place. | IKEA faucet installation | RD$ 1,500.00 | Consists of the placement and securing of an IKEA faucet in its corresponding location, whether in a kitchen or bathroom, following the product installation instructions. This service applies provided that the faucet installation is not part of a kitchen or bathroom installation, and that it is carried out on an IKEA countertop or washbasin purchased at one of our contact points. As a customer, it is important that you have all the necessary elements for the installation and that the space is prepared for the product to be installed. This service includes:

| Ceiling closure/filler panel installation | RD$ 500 per linear meter | Consists of the installation of a panel to cover visible spaces between the lower or upper modules and the wall (filler panel), and/or between the upper modules and the ceiling (ceiling closure). For this purpose, we will use the panel that you have purchased at any of our points of sale, following the manufacturer's instructions and specifications to ensure an aesthetic finish and proper installation.
