IKEA FAMILY DEPARTMENT PROMOTION DAYS: March 13, 14, 15, 16, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2025.

NAME OF THE DRAW: “15 years of luck with IKEA Family Roulette”

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZERS”) will conduct the sweepstakes activity to be called ''15 Years of Luck with IKEA Family Roulette'' (hereinafter referred to as “The Sweepstakes”), which will be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Rules of the Draw”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This draw will be in effect in the Dominican Republic from Thursday to Sunday during the anniversary period from March 10 to 23, 2025, specifically March 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders over the age of eighteen (18) who make purchases of RD$6000 pesos or more during the IKEA Anniversary period (March 10 to 23, 2025) will be eligible to participate. In the case of the IKEA Famiy Visa card, the cardholder will be subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and the promotion applies to purchases made by both main and additional cardholders.

5. CONTEST DYNAMICS: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders who make purchases of RD$6000 pesos or more during the IKEA Anniversary period (March 10 to 23, 2025) will be able to participate by spinning the IKEA Family roulette wheel, which will be open from Thursday to Sunday during the anniversary weeks (March 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2025) at IKEA Santo Domingo stores, small store Bavaro and Santiago and La Romana delivery point, with a limit of participation per day: 70 participants at IKEA SDQ, 40 participants at the other IKEA stores (Bavaro, Santiago and La Romana).

   Excludes purchases made at the Swedish Store and at the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro and cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services. Excludes participation of employees and immediate family members.
   
   Upon prior notification to the Pro Consumidor Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the draw, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro Consumidor for approval purposes. In case of cancellation or changes in the draw, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store. These terms and conditions will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family booth at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store IKEA Bávaro, Small Store IKEA Santiago and Punto IKEA La Romana.

6. PRIZE: All IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Fidelidad cardholders who make purchases of RD$6000 pesos or more during the IKEA Anniversary period (March 10-23, 2025) will be able to participate by spinning the IKEA Family roulette wheel, which will be available from Thursday to Sunday, during the anniversary weeks (March 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2025). There will be only one chance per customer, per invoice, per day.

   The Roulette will consist of different prizes, from $2500 shopping checks, IKEA store sundries, lunch tickets at IKEA Food, redeemable at both restaurant and bistro, with pre-selected dishes.

   The Purchase Vouchers are only and exclusively for consumption in furniture and decoration at IKEA, not including services, transportation, or consumption in IKEA Food (Restaurant, Cafeteria, bistro, or Swedish store). As for the prizes contained in the roulette, in the case of purchase checks, the ticket must be exchanged the same day in customer service, for the original purchase check, and these purchase checks will be valid for a period of one month (30 days), from the day on which the delivery is made in customer service. These purchase checks are not reactivated, they must be used within the effective date. In the case of tickets with IKEA Food dishes, they will have a period of use or redemption date until March 30, 2025. Surprise items will be delivered at the time of the customer's participation if the customer is a prize winner and are subject to daily availability.

   Returned or cancelled purchase invoices and invoices for purchases made with gift checks or purchase checks in their entirety will be excluded from the campaign. The exchange and refund policy applies to Purchase Checks with the following restrictions: refunds will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days the amount of ITBIS paid for both exchanges and refunds will not be refunded or contemplated. The balance of the Purchase Voucher may not be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case shall the Purchase Voucher be exchangeable for another or its value in cash.

   THE ORGANIZERS shall not be liable in case of loss or theft of the invoice. The withdrawal of the winner's purchase check must be strictly personal, the customer must go to customer service at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at John F. Kennedy Ave. esq. Bienvenido García Gautier St., El Pino, D.N., or customer service at the Small Store IKEA Bavaro, Santiago or El Punto IKEA La Romana with your ID: Identity Card or Passport and the ticket provided by the IKEA employee who guards the roulette wheel.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase check and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. 8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by the participants to participate in this contest will be included in the data file called “DRAWS AND CONTESTS”, property of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of products and services of THE ORGANIZERS.

   Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
