ORGANIZER:
SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the activity called "Beer Activity" (hereinafter referred to as "the Activity"), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as "The Activity Rules").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY:
This Activity will be in effect in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, June 21, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, specifically at the following locations: IKEA Santo Domingo El Pino, Av. John F. Kennedy, Santo Domingo 10103, IKEA Santiago Av. 27 de febrero, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000, IKEA Bávaro San Juan Shopping Center, Av. Barceló km. 9, Punta Cana 23000.

PARTICIPANTS:
All natural persons aged 18 or over who visit the IKEA stores in Santo Domingo, Santiago and Bávaro; certain restrictions apply.

ACTIVITY DYNAMICS:
With the purchase of one LODRÄT 17 oz glass (502.093.37), the customer may receive a 12 oz serving of Canita Beer with 4.3% alcohol by volume. Quantity available for sale up to 180 glasses at IKEA Santo Domingo and up to 100 glasses at IKEA Bávaro and Santiago of the LODRÄT 17 oz reference (502.093.37).
4.1 CONDITIONS AND SOME RESTRICTIONS
All glasses used in the activity will be cleaned and prepared in advance following the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Minimum drinking age: 18 years. Identification may be requested to verify age. Consumption limit: Each customer may receive only one refill per day, regardless of the amount purchased. Conduct: IKEA may suspend or refuse alcohol service to any customer who, in the judgment of our staff, behaves inappropriately. On-premises consumption: Beer consumption will be limited to the Restaurant area at IKEA Santo Domingo and to the Swedish Café area at IKEA Santiago and Bávaro. Participants may not leave our premises with the beverage. Safety and well-being: We promote responsible consumption and remind our customers of the importance of not drinking and driving. Use of alternative transportation is encouraged if you plan to consume alcohol. Pregnant women: consuming alcoholic beverages at any stage of pregnancy can be harmful to the baby, regardless of the stage of pregnancy and the amount of alcohol consumed. Mixing alcohol with medication puts you at risk of adverse reactions. If you are taking medication, do not consume alcohol.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:
Simply participating in the activity implies acceptance of these rules. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the activity is in effect at the IKEA República Dominicana store and on the web. GENERAL:
Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar entries are allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these promotion rules.

This activity is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
