1. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will hold the sweepstakes called "IKEA Family, the ticket that completes your home" at the IKEA store, applicable to the purchase of furniture and home decoration items (hereinafter referred to as "the sweepstakes"), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as "The Sweepstakes Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This sweepstakes will be in force in the Dominican Republic from March 2 to March 15, 2026.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age who hold the IKEA Family VISA card and IKEA Family Loyalty card may participate. Loyalty card ownership is limited to a single member, is non-transferable and does not allow adding additional members. In the case of the IKEA Family VISA card, it is subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano and applies to purchases made by both primary and additional cardholders. However, the person authorized to collect the prize will be the primary cardholder of the account. IKEA employees or contractor companies, as well as employees of Banco Popular Dominicano, are not eligible to participate.
5. SWEEPSTAKES MECHANICS: All holders of the IKEA Family VISA card and IKEA Family Loyalty card who make purchases of furniture and home decoration items during the sweepstakes period (from Monday, March 2 through Sunday, March 15, 2026) in a single purchase of RD$5,000 or more will automatically participate in the sweepstakes.
Eligible purchases must be made through any of the following channels: IKEA Store Santo Domingo, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Pickup Point, Telephone Orders, and Web purchases. Purchases at the Swedish Food Market, Restaurant, Swedish Bistro, as well as transport, installation and assembly services are excluded.
Only invoices that:

Meet the minimum purchase amount of RD$5,000.

Be registered with IKEA Family Loyalty or have been paid with IKEA Family VISA.
There is no maximum limit of invoices per customer per day; however:

Amounts from multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach the required minimum, even if issued on the same day. Each invoice must individually meet the minimum purchase amount of RD$5,000.

Because the winner is selected daily, only invoices corresponding to that same day will participate.

The winner of each day will be chosen exclusively among purchases made on that same date.
All valid purchases will be entered into the electronic tombola used to select the winners, according to the purchases registered each day. Sixteen (16) winners will be chosen, each receiving a purchase voucher of RD$16,000, valid for use at any of our stores in the Dominican Republic. Winners will be selected as follows: one (1) daily winner from Monday to Saturday during the sweepstakes period, for a total of twelve (12) winners. Additionally, each Sunday two (2) winners will be chosen, for a total of four (4) winners, completing the sixteen (16) winners of the sweepstakes.
5.1. Subject to prior notification to the Instituto Pro-Consumidor, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the sweepstakes, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons and notified to Pro-Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the sweepstakes, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.
These rules will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, at the IKEA Family stand in the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store IKEA Bávaro, Small Store IKEA Santiago, and the La Romana IKEA Pickup Point.
6. PRIZE: Sixteen (16) main winners will be selected, each of whom will receive a purchase voucher worth RD$16,000.00.
Winners will be those natural persons who have made purchases with the IKEA Family VISA card or IKEA Family Loyalty card during the period from March 2 through March 15, 2026, in accordance with these rules.
The winner will be contacted and informed by telephone or via the email address registered in our database within a maximum of three (3) days, that is, until March 18, 2026 inclusive. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep their contact details up to date.
Alternate winners will also be selected and will be considered in the order of selection only in the event that any of the main winners:

Does not meet the requirements established in these rules;

Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by the organizer; or
-
Does not present themselves to claim their prize within the indicated deadline, that is, by March 31, 2026.
In such cases, the prize will be awarded to the corresponding alternate winner according to the order of selection.
If the winner does not collect or claim their prize within the established period, or any eventuality occurs that implies renunciation, forfeiture, abandonment or loss of the right to the prize before March 31, 2026, they will automatically lose their right to it.
Daily winners will be announced the following day via a live broadcast on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and information for inquiries will be available at the IKEA Family stand in the different IKEA stores in the Dominican Republic.
Purchase vouchers will be available for use the same day the winner is selected or from their issuance, in any case valid until April 30, 2026. After this date, vouchers will lose their validity and cannot be used. They can be collected by the winner at the corresponding IKEA store.
Vouchers are for exclusive use to purchase IKEA items and are not redeemable for:

Transport or installation services.

Use at the Restaurant and Swedish Bistro, nor at the Swedish Food Market (IKEA Food).
6.1. IKEA will publish and subsequently contact the winning customers to inform and confirm the delivery of the prize (purchase vouchers for the indicated amount) and to instruct them about the voucher collection process. By collecting the purchase voucher, the winner accepts the terms of these sweepstakes rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize or redeemed for cash.
6.2. Purchases that have been returned or cancelled, and purchases made entirely with gift vouchers or purchase vouchers, are excluded from the campaign. The returns and exchanges policy applies to purchase vouchers with the following restrictions: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes and after thirty (30) days the ITBIS amount will not be refunded for either exchanges or returns. The voucher balance cannot be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards and in no case will the purchase voucher be redeemable for another voucher or for its cash value.
6.3. THE ORGANIZERS are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the invoice. Voucher collection must be strictly personal; the customer must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, El Pino, D.N., or to the Small Store IKEA or the IKEA Pickup Point of their choice accompanied by the following documents:
- Identification document: National ID card or Passport;
- IKEA Family VISA card / IKEA Family loyalty card number.
- Winning physical invoice.
- Notarized power of attorney in Spanish plus ID documents of both the grantor and the attorney-in-fact (if collection is not personal). For verification purposes, additional documents may be requested.
6.4. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize benefits, except when the cause is attributable to THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, during the sweepstakes period, if a participant exercises our return policy and returns the purchase made, they will automatically be disqualified from participating in the sweepstakes. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other types of expenses such as requests for additional services: transport, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
After the delivery of the prize (purchase voucher worth RD$16,000), in cases of returns of purchases made with said voucher, the organizers will proceed according to their current returns policy, but no cash refund will be made; a credit note will be issued or merchandise exchanged according to IKEA's return conditions and policies. We quote the Returns Policy: "If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return the product unused and unassembled within 90 days of purchase."
Bring the invoice and the product in its original packaging. If you return it, we will refund your money. For understandable reasons, we do not exchange: bedding, opened mattresses, cut-to-measure fabrics and kitchen tops, plants, and products purchased on opportunity. Keep in mind that after 30 days from your purchase, ITBIS is not refundable."
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONSPromotions, sweepstakes or contests for purchase vouchers and/or transportation may be subject to special conditions such as purchase minimums or purchase of specific items. 8. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by participants to take part in this sweepstakes will be incorporated into the data file named "SORTEOS Y CONCURSOS", owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.
9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions, sweepstakes or contests automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the sweepstakes, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services.
Likewise, the personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the participant. Participants who are winners automatically consent by participating in this sweepstakes to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as these relate solely to this sweepstakes, without THE ORGANIZERS owing any economic compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within six (6) months from the conclusion of the sweepstakes. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications, they may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of these rules and consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 for participants' data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns, promotions, contests or sweepstakes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law or the administrative authorities competent to resolve any dispute. The rules will be available during the sweepstakes period at the IKEA store in the Dominican Republic and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt to bet or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic or similar registrations will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LAW: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
