PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "Promotion 10% purchase voucher on open shelving KALLAX)" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in effect in the Dominican Republic, from January 5, 2026 to February 1, 2026

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who make and pay for the purchase of one or more items from the combination series included in the promotion (excluding transport and assembly services and items from the clearance area) within the promotion period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the specified combination series, excluding transport and installation services and items from the clearance area, will receive ten percent (10%) of their invoice value in a purchase voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment, the store associate will give the customer their invoice specifying the redemption date. With this, the customer can request the printing of the purchase voucher at the Customer Service department starting on the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic, including purchases made online and through the Phone Orders service.

Subject to prior notification to the Consumer Protection Agency (Instituto Pro-Consumidor), THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes, at any time for justified reasons and notified to Pro-Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding transport and assembly services and items from the clearance area). To claim the prize, the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, a physical invoice must be presented; if the purchase was made online or through Phone Orders, a digital invoice may be presented.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. The value of transportation cannot be compensated in cash.

6.1 In order to verify the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional identification documents, such as national ID, passport or driver's license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of acceptance or use of the prize, unless such liability is attributable to THE ORGANIZERS.

6.2 In case of return of an item included in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation cost, as applicable and specified in "point 5" of these rules, for the returned item's value.

6.3 The promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic and through the Phone Orders service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point or on the website. The purchase voucher is not refundable, not reactivatable, and not transferable to any person.

6.5 A single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion is required to generate the promotional purchase voucher. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

6.6 Promotional purchase vouchers will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase and on prepayment sales (reservation/item not available) provided the item is physically in IKEA premises during the promotion period.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular rules of the promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to enter this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. The personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the participant. Winners, by participating, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided these are related only to this promotion, and no monetary compensation will be owed to the winning participant for this. Such publications will be made within six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to participate in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 for participants' data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be resolved under common law. The rules will be available during the promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt to bet or use similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic or similar registrations are allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
