Valid on the nights of February 11, 12, 13 and 14 from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher in BEDROOMS” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which shall be governed by the terms established in these official rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on February 11, 12, 13 and 14 on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make and pay for their online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services), valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the promotion validity period.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who make their ONLINE purchase in bedroom department items, starting at RD$5,000, will receive 10% of the value of their invoice (in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA). Said voucher will be generated after the customer completes the corresponding payment for their purchase. The customer will receive it via email at the address registered when completing the online purchase on the website: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher may be redeemed during the period from February 16 to March 1, 2026.

6. THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

7. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in section “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services). When making the online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at checkout. The voucher may be redeemed during the period from February 16 to March 1.

   7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

   7.2 In the event of the return of any items purchased under this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as specified in “section 5” of these rules, corresponding to the value of the returned item.

   7.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in WEB-exclusive promotions at www.IKEA.com.do starting at RD$5,000. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum value of RD$30,000.

   7.5 PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable.

   7.6. A single purchase voucher will be generated per promotion, considering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those acquired through advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued once all reserved items are available in store.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, National District, El Pino, ZIP Code 10508.

9. USE OF WINNER’S NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion, and commercialization of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if selected as winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes solely related to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to provide any financial compensation to the winning participant for this reason. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and, pursuant to the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, consent by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they shall be subject to common law. The rules will be available during the promotion period on the website www.ikea.com.do.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who directly or indirectly alter, breach, or violate the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
