PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher on sofa beds”. From October 05 through October 18, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher Promotion on Sofa Beds” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from October 5, 2026 to October 18, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotion combination series (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance area) within the promotion validity period.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series indicated below, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance area, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a purchase voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment is made, the staff member in charge will deliver the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this invoice, the customer may request the purchase voucher to be printed at the Customer Service department, starting on the beginning date of the specified redemption period.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic, including those made through the Teleorders service.

Prior notice to the Pro-Consumer Institute, The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount, as detailed in section “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, the customer must present the physical invoice; if the purchase was made via the Web or Teleorders, the invoice may be presented digitally.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic. The transportation value may not be compensated in cash.

6.1 To ensure the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation, such as an identity card, passport, or driver’s license. The customer releases The Organizers from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize, as long as the cause is not attributable to The Organizers.

6.2 In the event of a return of the combination-series item subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation value, as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic and through the Teleorders service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the absolute responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type are associated with the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher for the greater amount, which may be used through the store, an IKEA point of sale, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivated, or transferable to any person.

6.5 For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. No aggregation of multiple invoices to reach the minimum required amount will be permitted.

6.6 Purchase vouchers from promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase and on items charged through advance sale (reserved/unavailable item) when they are physically present at IKEA facilities during the promotion validity period.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular rules of the promotion.

USE OF WINNER NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the investigation, promotion, and commercialization of the products and services of The Organizers. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purpose of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the participant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by The Organizers, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these relate solely to this promotion, without The Organizers being required to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be carried out within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the participating winner is not interested in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and, in addition, consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 on the part of participants that the recorded data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law will apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA store in the Dominican Republic and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic, or similar registration will be permitted. The Organizers may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participant who, directly or indirectly, has altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these promotion rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
