PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “15% purchase voucher on beds” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from 7 September 2026 through 20 September 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotion’s combination series (excluding transport and assembly services and items from the clearance area) within the promotion validity period.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who buy one or more beds will receive 15% of the purchase value in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. The promotion applies to all components that make up the bed: the frame, headboard, bed drawers, bed covers, slats (Luroy, the base that supports the mattress) and the central beam (Skorva, the support bar that reinforces the structure).

After payment is made, the staff member from the area will hand over the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this, the customer may request the purchase voucher to be printed at the Customer Service department, starting from the beginning of the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic, including those made through the Telepedido service.

Prior notice to the Pro-Consumer Institute, The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and with notice to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher for Fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excluding transport and assembly services and items from the clearance area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, the customer must present the physical invoice; if the purchase was made online or via Telepedido, it may be presented digitally.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer in IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic. The transport value cannot be compensated in cash.

6.1 For the purpose of guaranteeing the winner’s legitimacy, we may request additional documentation, such as an identity card, passport, or driver’s license. The customer releases The Organizers from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, as long as the cause is not attributable to The Organizers.

6.2 In the event of a return of the combination series item subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transport value, as applicable and specified in point “5” of these rules, of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic and through the Telepedido service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the customer’s sole responsibility.

6.4 If more than one promotion of this type appears on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher for the higher amount, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point of sale, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivated, or transferable to any person.

6.5 For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. No accumulation of several invoices will be made to reach the required minimum.

6.6 Purchase vouchers from promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase, and items charged as advance sales (reservation/items not available) when they are physically in IKEA facilities, during the promotion validity period.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and the specific rules of the promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. USE OF WINNER’S NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent that the data provided be used and processed for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the investigation, promotion and commercialization of the products and services of The Organizers. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purpose of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization unless the contestant expressly consents. Participants, in the event they are winners, automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by The Organizers, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes only as they relate to this promotion, without The Organizers having to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and, in addition, the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by participants that the recorded data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law will apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA store in the Dominican Republic and on the web.

GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, scheduled, robotic, or similar registration will be allowed. The Organizers may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participant who, directly or indirectly, has altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
