PROMOTION BASES: “Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included”. From September 1 to September 30, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers") will conduct the promotion called "Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Rules").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from September 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Santiago, IKEA Bávaro, and the IKEA La Romana delivery point.

PARTICIPANTS: All adults who purchase and pay for one or more items from the combination series included in the Promotion (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the As-Is area) during the Promotion validity period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase a kitchen under the following conditions will receive a free countertop. We will give you your countertop with the purchase of your designed kitchen. For kitchen purchases between RD$60,000 and RD$220,000, laminate countertops apply (EBACKEN, SAJLAN, MÖCKLERYD, JÄRSTORP), and for purchases above RD$220,000, wood veneer and laminate countertops apply (EBACKEN, SAJLAN, MÖCKLERYD, JÄRSTORP) (KARLBY, PINNARP, MÖLLEKULLA, HOLMARED). Valid from September 1 to September 30. Transportation and installation services, as well as items from the As-Is area, are excluded. Once the purchase has been completed, the department employee will provide the corresponding invoices.

Participation in this Promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic, including purchases made through the Teleorder service.

Following prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the Promotion or modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these Promotion Rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons notified to Pro-Consumer for approval. In the event of cancellation or changes to the Promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

5.1 The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the promotional benefit, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

5.2 In the event of a full or partial return of the purchase made under this Promotion, the countertop included as a promotional benefit will not be taken into account when calculating the refund, in accordance with the conditions of this Promotion and the applicable return policy.

5.3 The Promotion will apply only to kitchen purchases made at IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the customer to receive or enjoy the promotional benefit, as well as any other unspecified expenses, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5.4 To receive the promotional benefit, the purchase must be made on a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the Promotion. Multiple invoices may not be added together to meet this amount.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is subject to special conditions, such as minimum purchase requirements or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the Promotion and in the specific Promotion Rules.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this Promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at John F. Kennedy Avenue corner of Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, El Pino, CP 10508. You may consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.IKEA.com.do.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants in this Promotion consent to the data provided being used and processed for the purpose of managing their participation in the Promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this Promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant's express consent. Participants who benefit from the Promotion automatically consent, by participating in the Promotion, to THE ORGANIZERS' use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these relate solely to this Promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any financial compensation to the benefiting participant for this purpose. These publications will be made within six (6) months after the end of the Promotion. If the benefiting participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules and, pursuant to ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, the participants' consent for the registered data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these Rules, the matter will be referred to ordinary law. The Rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid at IKEA Dominican Republic stores and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt to bet or use other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entry will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the Promotion participants who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these Rules.
