PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will conduct the promotion "Back to School / Back to the Office: 10% Shopping Voucher in your online purchases." (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the bases established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Bases").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND DURATION: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and IKEA INSPIRE APP, Dominican Republic, from Tuesday September 1 to Sunday September 13, 2026, from 10:00 p. m. to 9:00 a. m.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals over 18 years old who make online purchases during the promotion period (excludes transportation, assembly and installation services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the validity period of the promotion.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers whose online purchases starting from RD$4,000, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunities area, will receive 10% of the value of their invoice (in a Shopping Voucher to be used in IKEA stores and points in Dominican Republic), said voucher to be delivered after the customer makes the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their shopping voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase on web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher can be redeemed during the period from September 14 to 30, 2026.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be made on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Shopping Voucher for ten (10%) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in section "5. Promotion Dynamics" (excludes transportation, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunities area). When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their shopping voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the purchase. The voucher can be redeemed during the period from September 14 to 30, 2026.

7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the Shopping Voucher.

7.2 Upon return of any of the articles purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage (10%) as applicable and specified in "section 5" of these bases, of the value of the returned article.

7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in Exclusive WEB Promotions www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other type of expenses, not specified, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 A single shopping voucher will be generated per promotion, considering both items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

7.5 Online shopping voucher promotions will generate a shopping voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: Personal data that participants provide to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, National District El Pino CP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: By virtue of the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent that the data provided will be used and processed, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the investigation, promotion and commercialization of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the participant. Participants, in case of being winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as these are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a timeframe of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE BASES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these bases and also consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be subject to common law. The bases will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.com.do.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registration will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these bases.
