PROMOTION BASES: “15% purchase voucher on a selection of armchairs”. From August 31 through September 13, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers”) will conduct the promotion called “15% purchase voucher on a selection of armchairs” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from August 31, 2026, through September 13, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals who purchase and pay for one or more items from the combination series included in the Promotion (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the As-Is area) during the Promotion validity period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series indicated below, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the As-Is area, will receive fifteen percent (15%) of the value of their invoice in an IKEA purchase voucher. After payment, a member of the relevant department will provide the customer with their invoice specifying the redemption date. With this invoice, the customer may request the purchase voucher to be printed at the Customer Service department starting on the specified redemption date.

Participation in this Promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic, including purchases made through the Telephone Orders service.

Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the Promotion or modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these Promotion Rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons and with notification to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the Promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher for fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase amount, as detailed in section “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the As-Is area). To claim the prize, the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in a store, a physical invoice must be presented; if the purchase was made online or through Telephone Orders, a digital invoice may be presented.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points of sale in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic. The value of transportation may not be offset with cash.

6.1 To ensure the winner’s legitimacy, we may request an additional document, such as an identity card, passport, or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable TO THE ORGANIZER.

6.2 In the event of a return of an item from the combination series covered by this Promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation value, as applicable, specified in section “5” of these Promotion Rules, of the value of the returned item.

6.3 The Promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores or points of sale in the Dominican Republic and through the Telephone Orders service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, and any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher with the highest value, which may be used in an IKEA store, point of sale, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, may not be reactivated, and is non-transferable to any person.

6.5 To generate the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the Promotion will apply. Multiple invoices may not be added together to reach the required minimum.

6.6 Promotional purchase vouchers will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase and items charged through advance sale (reservation/item unavailable) once they are physically at IKEA premises, during the Promotion validity period.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the Promotion and in the specific rules for the Promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this Promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at John F. Kennedy Avenue corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, El Pino, CP 10508. You may consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.ikea.com.do.

USE OF WINNERS’ NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to Organic Law No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data, participants in promotions automatically consent to their provided data being used and processed for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, as well as for the research, promotion, and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS’ products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this Promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the contestant’s express consent. Participants who become winners automatically consent, by taking part in this Promotion, to THE ORGANIZERS’ use, publication, and reproduction of their image and name worldwide and without limitation in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these relate solely to this Promotion. THE ORGANIZERS will not be required to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will take place within a period of six (6) months from the end of the Promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may email lopd@ikea.com.do to withdraw their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these rules and, pursuant to ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, the participants’ consent for the registered data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to ordinary law. The rules will be available during the Promotion validity period at IKEA Dominican Republic stores and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt to bet or use other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registration will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the Promotion any participants who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
