PROMOTION BASES: “Rest in order”. Valid from June 1 through August 31, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (IKEA) (hereinafter referred to as "THE ORGANIZERS") will carry out the activity called the "Rest in Order" contest (hereinafter referred to as "The Draw"), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as "The Draw Rules").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This Draw will be in effect in the Dominican Republic from June 1 to August 31, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All persons aged eighteen (18) years or older who complete the draw mechanics described in section 5 during the promotion period at IKEA stores located in Santo Domingo, La Romana, Santiago and Bávaro are eligible to participate.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To participate, complete the form at www.IKEA.com.do and confirm your participation by validating your email through the message you will receive after submitting the form (with the participant's details). The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so correct personal information must be provided.

Prior notice, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the draw, modify the dates, or change the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the contest, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Dominicana store.

EXCLUDED PERSONS: Employees and family members of SARTON DOMINICANA S.R.L ("IKEA") and related companies are excluded.

PRIZE: One purchase voucher worth $15,000 for the first selected winner, $10,000 for the second selected winner and $5,000 for the third selected winner. The amount on the purchase voucher may not be used to pay for transportation or assembly services and is not redeemable for cash or another voucher.

The period in which winners may use these vouchers in-store or at the delivery point is from August 10 to September 10, 2026, inclusive.

The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher and the participant releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

Use of a purchase voucher will never generate additional vouchers.

6.1 The participant releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from acceptance or use of the prize benefits, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER. Likewise, during the promotion period, if a participant exercises our refund policy and returns a purchase made, they will automatically be disqualified from the contest. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses such as requests for additional services: transportation, measurement, assembly, installation, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on September 2, 2026 on the @IKEAdominicana accounts. Winners will be notified by phone call or email to the number and address they provided on the entry form, with instructions for claiming their prize. The Organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will select an alternate winner.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Contests held by IKEA Dominicana may be subject to special conditions. The privacy and data protection policy can be consulted on our website www.IKEA.com.do.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. Consult the privacy and data protection policy at www.IKEA.com.do where you can exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

USE OF NAME AND IMAGE: Pursuant to Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the provided data for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of the ORGANIZERS' products and services. The personal information requested for this activity will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant's express consent. Winners automatically consent, by participating in this promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they relate solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any compensation to the participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to take part in these publications, they may send an email to relaciones.publicas@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the event implies acceptance of these rules and consent, under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13, for participants' registered data to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies regarding interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar entries are permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude participants who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules set forth herein.

APPLICABLE LAW: This activity is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
