1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “Promotion 10% purchase voucher on Beds” (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who purchase and pay for one or more items from the combination series included in the promotion (excluding assembly and installation services, and items from the clearance area) during the promotion period.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series indicated below, excluding transportation and assembly/installation services and items from the clearance area, will receive ten percent (10%) of their invoice value as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. After payment, the store associate will provide the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this, the customer may request the printing of the purchase voucher at the Customer Service department from the specified redemption date.
Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic, including those made online and via the Teleorders service.
Subject to notification to the Instituto Pro-Consumidor, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, or change the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified cause and after notifying Pro- Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services and items from the clearance area). To claim the prize it is essential that the customer presents the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store the physical invoice must be presented; if the purchase was made via Web or Teleorders it may be presented digitally.
The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. The cost of transportation cannot be compensated in cash.
6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional documentation, such as national ID, passport or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.2 In the event of a return of an item from the combination series subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation cost as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, of the value of the returned item.
6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic and through the Teleorders service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.
6.5 For the issuance of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Aggregation of multiple invoices to reach the required minimum will not be allowed.
6.6 A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in-store.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms of the promotion.
8. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be included in a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. 9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants automatically consent to the data provided being used and processed for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the entrant. Participants who are winners automatically consent, by taking part in this promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided these relate only to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this. These publications will be made within a six (6) month period from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by participants for the data registered to be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law will apply. The rules will be available during the promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering or similar methods is prohibited. No automated, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
