PROMOTION NAME: “Give Mom the New Kitchen Giveaway: Enter to Win (we’ll give you back 50% of the cost of your kitchen in store credit)”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called “DRAW Giveaway: Gift Mom the new kitchen and enter (we refund 50% of the amount of your kitchen in a purchase voucher;)” (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who make and pay for the purchase of the combination series included in the promotion (excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and items from the clearance area) during the promotion period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase items from the combination series listed below, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and clearance area items, will be entered into a draw to receive a 50% refund of the amount of their kitchen in the form of a purchase voucher equal to the value of their invoice to be used at IKEA. After payment, the store associate will provide the customer with their invoice specifying the draw date.

Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic.

Subject to prior notification to the Instituto Pro-Consumidor, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumidor for approval. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: Draw for a 50% refund in a purchase voucher based on the invoiced amount of your kitchen, as detailed in section “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transportation and assembly services and clearance area items). To claim the prize the customer must present the purchase invoice.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. The value of transportation cannot be compensated in cash.

6.1 For the purpose of guaranteeing the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation, such as identity card, passport or driver's license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

6.2 In the event of a return of an item from the combination series covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of transportation as applicable and specified in “section 5” of these rules, of the value of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be used at the IKEA store or point. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.

6.5 To issue the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the minimum required.

6.6 A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that participants provide to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. You can consult the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.IKEA.com.do.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, the personal information requested for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the entrant. In the case of winners, participants automatically consent upon participation in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided that these relate solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any monetary compensation to the winning participant for this fact; such publications will be made within a time frame of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to participate in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be governed by common law. The rules will be available during the promotion period at the IKEA Dominican Republic store.

GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
