PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion "10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases." (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from 00:00 until 23:59 on April 3, 2026 on the portal www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transportation and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the promotion validity period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who purchase ONLINE from RD$4,000, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance area, will receive 10% of their invoice value (as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA); this voucher will be issued after the customer makes the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered when placing the online order through the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher may be redeemed between April 4 and April 18 inclusive.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, or change the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transportation, assembly/installation services and items from the clearance area). When placing an online order on the website www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase. The voucher may be redeemed between April 4 and April 18, 2026.

7.1 For the purposes of guaranteeing the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of return of any items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) corresponding to the returned item as specified in “point 5” of these rules.

7.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in ONLINE exclusive promotions on www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those acquired as pre-sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

7.5 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that participants provide to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino ZIP 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the Organic Law on the protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of THE ORGANIZERS' products and services. Likewise, personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the participant. In the event of being selected as winners, participants automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informative purposes provided that these are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS being required to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact; such publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If a winning participant does not wish to participate in such publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com withdrawing their consent. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by participants for the use of registered data by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the period the promotion is in effect on the website www.IKEA.com.do.

GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
