PROMOTION BASES: FIKA Magazine (JAN-MAR 2026)

Valid from 01/01/2026 until 03/18/2026.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “SORTEO CON SABOR” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from January 1 to March 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Any entries submitted after the dates and times indicated above, or that do not include all required information, will be considered void.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age who, during the Period from January 1 to March 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.

5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: To participate in the promotion, you must make a minimum purchase of RD$1,500 in a single transaction at the IKEA Santo Domingo Swedish Store or on Swedish Store products at the IKEA Bávaro and IKEA Santiago Swedish Cafés. Then, participants must complete a form and register their purchase receipt on the website www.ikea.com.do, which can be accessed via the URL or by scanning the QR code included in the magazine communication both in print and digital versions. The winner will be contacted by phone and by email, so correct registration of personal data is required.

   The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on March 20, 2026 on the @IKEAdominicana accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and address provided in the entry form, with instructions on how to claim the prize. The organizers are not responsible for any expenses the winner incurs to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond to the contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will select an alternate winner.

   EXCLUDED: Employees and their immediate family members connected to SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. (IKEA) and related companies are excluded.

6. PRIZE: One winner will be selected to receive a shopping voucher worth RD$5,000. The voucher amount cannot be used to pay for transportation or assembly services and is not redeemable for cash or another voucher.

   The period in which the winner may use the voucher in store or at a delivery point is from March 20 to April 30, 2026 inclusive.

   One winner will be chosen via the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible, participants must have complied with the contest mechanics described in point 4.

   Note: IKEA Dominican Republic may disqualify persons who have won or participated in any contests held by the brand or organizer in the last 6 months.

   The prize is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. Transportation costs cannot be compensated in cash.

   6.1 To verify the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents such as an identity card, passport or driver’s license. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS: Mere participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules. In case of doubt or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, common law shall apply. The rules will be available during the promotion period at IKEA Dominican Republic stores and on the website. Personal data provided by participants to take part in this activity will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S.; you can consult the privacy policy and personal data processing at https://www.ikea.com.do/es/legal/politica-de-privacidad or by requesting it at lopd@ikeasi.com.

8. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar registrations will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion any participants who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

9. APPLICABLE LAW: This activity is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
