• PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same online purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher with the highest value, which you may use at your IKEA store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non refundable, non reactivatable, and non transferable to any other person.

 

• PURCHASE VOUCHER VALIDITY: Purchase vouchers have a defined validity period.

• SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Online purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions, such as minimum purchase requirements or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.

 

• RECEIPT OF THE VOUCHER: The customer will receive the purchase voucher by email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated.

 

• USE OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHER: When paying for all or part of your purchase with a purchase voucher or promotional code, it will be considered a discount and, therefore, will be deducted from the total balance of your purchase.

 

• REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS: The redemption of a purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher
  (not applicable to gift cards).
  
  The full or partial return of the items that generated the promotional purchase vouchers will result in the proportional cancellation of the purchase vouchers.

Any benefits obtained during campaigns that do not comply with these general terms and conditions will be cancelled without compensation and will result in the immediate cancellation by SARTON DOMINICANA SAS of all purchase and loyalty vouchers used fraudulently.
