PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “Nighttime offer in living rooms: 10% purchase voucher on your online purchases.”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers") will hold the promotion "Nighttime Offer in the Living Room Department: 10% in a Purchase Voucher on Your Online Purchases" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Rules").

PROMOTION TERRITORY AND VALIDITY PERIOD: This ONLINE Promotion will be available on the www.IKEA.com.do website and the IKEA INSPIRE APP in the Dominican Republic, from Monday, October 5 through Friday, October 9, 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

PARTICIPANTS: Any individual over 18 years of age who makes an online purchase during the Promotion period (excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services) on the www.IKEA.com.do website or through the IKEA INSPIRE APP during the Promotion period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who make online purchases of at least RD$4,000 in living room items, excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, as well as items from the As-Is department, will receive a purchase voucher worth 10% of the invoice amount, redeemable at IKEA stores and locations in the Dominican Republic. The voucher will be issued after the customer completes the corresponding payment. Customers will receive the purchase voucher by email at the address provided when making their online purchase through the following channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher may be redeemed from October 11 through October 31, 2026.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the Promotion or change its dates, the terms and conditions of these Promotion Rules, or the prizes offered at any time for justifiable cause. In the event of cancellation or changes to the Promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher worth ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount, as described in section "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, as well as items from the As-Is department). When customers make an online purchase on www.IKEA.com.do or through the IKEA Inspire APP, they will receive the purchase voucher by email at the address provided when making the purchase. The voucher may be redeemed from October 11 through October 31, 2026.

7.1 To verify the winner's eligibility, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases the ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher.

7.2 If any item purchased as part of this Promotion is returned, the credit note will not include the applicable ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned item, as specified in section "5" of these Promotion Rules.

7.3 The Promotion applies to purchases made through the WEB-ONLY Promotions on www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, and any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 A single purchase voucher will be issued for the Promotion, taking into account both items in stock at the time of purchase and items purchased on pre-order (not physically in stock). This voucher will be issued once all reserved items are available in the store.

7.5 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum value of RD$30,000.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to enter this Promotion will be added to a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., whose registered address is John F. Kennedy Avenue, corner of Bienvenido García Gautier, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, El Pino, Postal Code 10508.

USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Under Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the information they provide for the purpose of entering the Promotion, as well as for research, promotion, and marketing of the ORGANIZERS' products and services. The personal information requested for this Promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the participant's express consent. By entering this Promotion, participants who are selected as winners automatically consent to the ORGANIZERS' use, publication, and reproduction of their image and name worldwide and without limitation in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including on the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes, provided that such use relates solely to this Promotion. The ORGANIZERS will not owe the winning participant any financial compensation for such use. These publications may be made within six (6) months following the end of the Promotion. A winning participant who does not wish to be included in these publications may email lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules and, under Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants' consent to SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. using their registered data to communicate information about other campaigns or promotions. Any questions or discrepancies regarding the interpretation of these Rules will be resolved under applicable common law. These Rules will be available on www.ikea.com.do throughout the Promotion period.

GENERAL: Any attempt to place a bet or use similar methods is prohibited. Automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries are not permitted. The ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these Rules.
