PROMOTIÓN BASES: “Mom Takes Center Stage at IKEA Family” Valid from May 4 through May 24, 2026

5. DRAW DETAILS: All holders of the IKEA Family VISA and IKEA Family Loyalty cards who make purchases of furniture and home decor items during the draw period (from Monday, May 4, to Sunday, May 24, 2026) totaling RD$5,000 or more will automatically be entered into the draw.

Eligible purchases must be made through any of the following channels: IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Pickup Point, Phone Orders, and Online Purchases. Purchases made at the Swedish Store, Restaurant, and Swedish Bistro, as well as transportation, installation, and assembly services, are excluded.

Only receipts that:

• Meet the minimum purchase amount of RD$5,000.

• Are registered with IKEA Family Loyalty or have been paid for with an IKEA Family VISA card.

• Were issued during the period established for the drawing.

There is no maximum limit on the number of receipts per customer per day; however:

• Amounts from different invoices cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement, even if they were issued on the same day. Each invoice must individually meet the minimum purchase amount of RD$5,000.

• Winners will be selected from among customers who meet the minimum spending requirement and whose invoices were issued during the days of the drawing.

All valid purchases made during the promotion period will automatically be entered into an electronic drawing, which will be used to select the winners. Entries will be generated based on purchases made during the promotion period: from May 4 to May 24, 2026.

Six (6) winners will be selected from among all participants, distributed as follows:

• Three (3) winners for the IKEA Family VISA product, and

• Three (3) winners for the IKEA Family Loyalty product.

• Each winner will receive a gift certificate, the value of which will vary depending on their ranking in the selection process and the type of IKEA Family product to which it applies. It is valid for use at any of our stores in the Dominican Republic. A detailed description of the prizes, as well as their values, is provided in Section 6. Prizes, of these official rules.

5.1 Upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumidor Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the drawing, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these drawing rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for just cause and upon notification to Pro-Consumidor for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the sweepstakes, notification will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

These rules will be posted on our website, www.IKEA.com.do, and at the IKEA Family booth in the Santo Domingo Store, the IKEA Bávaro Small Store, the IKEA Santiago Small Store, and the IKEA La Romana Point.

6. PRIZE: Six (6) winners will be selected, distributed across three (3) prize tiers for each type of IKEA Family product. Each winner will receive a gift card for a different amount, depending on their ranking, which will be awarded as follows:

• 1st place: RD$10,000 IFVISA            1st place: RD$5,000 IFFIDELIDAD

• 2nd place: RD$5,000 IFVISA             2nd place: RD$3,000 IFFIDELIDAD

• 3rd place: RD$3,000 IFVISA              3rd place: RD$2,500 IFFIDELIDAD

These gift cards are valid for one (1) month and can be used at any of our IKEA stores in the Dominican Republic. They expire on June 28, 2026, and can be redeemed for purchases at physical stores ( ), online at , or via phone orders at , , , IKEA , or .

All individuals who have made purchases using the IKEA Family VISA or IKEA Family Loyalty Card during the period from May 4 to May 24, 2026, will be considered winners, in accordance with these rules.

Winners will be selected and announced on May 27, 2026, via a live stream on IKEA’s official Instagram account, using the Random Picker app. Winners will be selected based on data from all eligible purchases, by product type: IFVISA purchases and IFLITE purchases made during the contest period.

The winner will be contacted and notified by phone or via the email address on file in our database within a maximum of three (3) days, that is, by May 30, 2026, inclusive. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.

Additionally, alternate winners will be selected, who will be considered in the established order of selection and only in the event that any of the main winners:

• Fails to meet the requirements set forth in these rules;
• Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by the organizer; or
• Fails to claim their prize within the specified period, that is, by June 28, 2026.

In such cases, the prize will be awarded to the corresponding alternate winner, in accordance with the established order of selection. If the main winner, or in their absence the alternate winner who replaces them, does not collect or claim the prize within the established timeframe, or if any circumstance arises that involves a waiver, forfeiture, abandonment, or loss of the right to the prize before June 28, 2026, they will automatically forfeit their right to it.

The winners selected via the live stream on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and information for inquiries regarding them, will be available at the IKEA Family stand in the various IKEA stores in the Dominican Republic.

The gift certificates will be available for use the day after the winner is selected or from the date of issuance, in any case remaining valid until June 28, 2026. After this date, the gift certificates will expire and can no longer be used. They may be claimed solely and exclusively by the winner at the corresponding IKEA store.

The gift certificates are for the exclusive purchase of IKEA items and are not redeemable for:

• Transportation or installation services

• Used in Swedish restaurants and bistros, as well as at IKEA Food.

IKEA will publish the list of winners and subsequently contact them to inform them of and confirm the delivery of their prize (gift cards in the specified amount) and to provide instructions regarding the process for delivering the gift cards to each winner. By collecting the gift card, the winner agrees to the terms and conditions of this giveaway. The prize is non-transferable. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for another prize or its cash value.

Invoices for returned or canceled purchases, as well as invoices for purchases made entirely with gift cards or store credit, are excluded from the promotion. The exchange and return policy applies to Purchase Checks with the following restrictions: returns will be processed by issuing credit memos, and after thirty (30) days, the ITBIS amount paid will not be refunded or taken into account for either exchanges or returns. The balance of the Gift Card cannot be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards, and under no circumstances will the Gift Card be exchangeable for another Gift Card or its cash value.

THE ORGANIZERS: are not liable for any loss or theft of the receipt. Winners must personally collect their gift certificates. Customers must go to the IKEA Family stand at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, located at Av. John F. Kennedy at the corner of Calle Bienvenido García Gautier, El Pino, D.N., or to the IKEA Small Store or IKEA El Punto of their choice, accompanied by the following documents:

• Identification Document: ID Card or Passport;

• , IKEA , Family , VISA / , number from , IKEA , Family , or loyalty card.

• Winning physical receipt.If the prize is claimed by a third party: A power of attorney written in Spanish and duly notarized, accompanied by copies of the identification documents of both the principal and the agent. In order to verify and ensure the winner’s legitimacy, the organizing entity reserves the right to request additional documentation that it deems necessary.

6.4. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize benefits, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER. Similarly, during the duration of the giveaway, if a participant “takes advantage of our return policy” and returns the purchased item, they will automatically be disqualified from participating in the giveaway. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, as well as any other expenses such as requests for additional services—including transportation, measurement, assembly, and installation—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After the prize (gift certificate) has been awarded, in the event of a return of a purchase made with said gift certificate, the organizers’ current return policy will apply; however, no cash refunds will be issued. Instead, credit notes will be issued or merchandise or products will be exchanged in accordance with IKEA’s return conditions and policies; We quote from the Return Policy: “If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return the product unused and unassembled within 90 days of purchase.”

Please bring the receipt and the product in its original packaging. If you return it, we will refund your money. For reasons you will understand, we do not accept returns on: bedding, unsealed mattresses, custom-cut fabrics and countertop materials, plants, and products purchased on sale. Please note that after 30 days from your purchase, the ITBIS tax is non-refundable.
