1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Modular Kitchens Purchase Voucher Promotion;)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic from April 1, 2026 to May 3, 2026.
4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals who purchase and pay for one or more items from the promotional combination series (excluding transport, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunities area) within the promotion validity period.
5. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series listed below, excluding transport, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunities area, will receive Ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA. After completing the payment, the area employee will provide the invoice specifying the redemption date. With this, the customer may request the printing of the purchase voucher at the Customer Service department, starting from the redemption date specified below.
Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores and IKEA points in the Dominican Republic.
With prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute, THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons and notified to Pro-Consumer for approval purposes. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social media, or in the IKEA Santo Domingo store.
6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for Ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in section “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunities area). To claim the prize, the customer must present the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in-store, a physical invoice must be presented; if the purchase was made via Web or Teleorders, it may be presented digitally.
6.1 The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer who made the purchase at IKEA stores and IKEA points in the Dominican Republic. In the case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic. The value of transport cannot be compensated in cash.
6.2 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation such as ID card, passport, or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.3 In the event of the return of the item from the combination series subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of transport as applicable and specified in “section 5” of these rules, of the value of the returned item.
6.4 The promotion will apply to purchases made in IKEA stores or IKEA points in the Dominican Republic. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher of the highest value, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point or on the web. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivated, or transferable to any person.
6.5 For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice reaching the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.
6.6 Purchase vouchers from Kitchen family promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion validity period. Items reserved with a deposit will generate the purchase voucher at the moment the reserved items are physically available at IKEA facilities.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to take part in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. You may consult the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy at www.ikea.com.do
9. USE OF WINNERS' NAME AND IMAGE: In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, as well as for the research, promotion and commercialization of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the contestant. Participants, if they become winners, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation by THE ORGANIZERS of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes related only to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikea.com.do withdrawing their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent, in accordance with the ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, common law will apply. The terms will be available during the promotion validity period in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
6.5 A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those acquired through advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms.
